All is well except for the control of the heat
We have stayed here often, great location. Not wild that you can’t really control the temperature of the room to my satisfaction. I like to be able to turn off the blowing air when I sleep.

The heating was broken in my room and I had to order two blankets to stay warm. I had horrible sleeps. I gave the property a 1 star because my room was freezing and I was in town on business and got a cold. The elevator had food in it - no one appears to vacuum. Free Coffees were cold. Now I know why they were free. Staff were really nice and helpful. Best staff.

Poor customer service!
Booked a double with a friend and paid using points plus a few dollars. At check in I was told that they didn’t have my room because they overbooked. Was told that when you book online that’s not the room you actually get. Everywhere close was booked so my friend and I had to share a bed. Additionally I was told that my room wasn’t paid for and she wouldn’t even give me the king room until I paid again and that I would just have to talk to the manager the next morning. My card is still being charged for the room even though I was told it would fall off.

We arrived at around 4:15 pm. Check in was advertised as 3 pm. However, we were informed our room was still being cleaned and that we’d have to wait to complete our check in. It was not ready until around 4:40 pm. This was disappointing, and while we know it was not the desk worker’s fault, we would have appreciated an apology and perhaps a discount or other way of acknowledging the inconvenience.

We chose to stay at this hotel for the convenience of it's location to the Ameristar Casino. After arriving, we were pleasantly surprised with the beautiful area, shopping and food all around. Make for a great weekend getaway! We will be back!

The best managed hotel I've stayed!
Great hotel, Very well managed, Clean pleasant rooms and lobby. Staff friendly and helpful. Location ideal to attractions. Never felt crowded by other guests. Quiet. Best organized hotel I have ever stayed at.
