The staff was awesome! They were really personable! Would recommend that they always inform customers of the charges for parking - valet vs self. I thought parking was free then got charged $38 that I wasn’t expecting but that is my bad for not asking and just assuming.

Our room was great! There was no buffet service so they take your oder and cook it.The Bistro is small and can only accomodate so much. You can't rely on them for late night snacks but delivery is available from nearby restaurants. I probably won't stay here again for the price that I paid without free breakfast and free parking.

In the middle of the night, we were woken by a gurgling noise in the sink, followed by a nasty smell. When we went to take showers, the shower water was burning hot & could not be turned down, as when it was turned down, it turned off. Our family of 5 only had 3 towels provided in the room. Pull out couch was the only perk. It was surprisingly comfortable!
