The Fire alarms went off twice in the middle of the night. We got there around 10, had to get to bed to get my infant up for surgery at 3 AM. The alarms went off at 11 and then around again. I understand these things happen, however when I said something about it to the front desk lady upon check out. She was very rude and said "yea we know", in a rude voice. Didn't apologize nothing.

The fifth floor I stay there was a lot of kids there I guess running around all night making noise throwing ice all in the hallway. I went there to get a piece of mind cause I was sick and going a mental break down that my second time staying there and my last time
