Horrible stay. The room was dirty, unclean bathroom. The front desk wouldn’t answer the phone. We went down to complain and also there wasn’t even 1 full set of towels. The front desk said he would send housekeeping and maintenance bc the heat kept switching to AC when outside temps were in the 40s. The man at the front desk never sent anyone, never answered the phone and disappeared. It has hot tub advertised and it was ice cold. The next morning the breakfast room was in a mess, cereal everywhere, food trash on the tables, no fresh food and this was at 8 am. There were also no plates and only a few bowls left out. People were complaining to the front desk about the breakfast area. They said knock on the door and let the breakfast staff know. You could hear the staff yelling that she was going to kick everybody’s ass. The last few minutes she brought out some lukewarm sausages. I had called the number that I assumed was corporate. They tried calling the front desk to see what was going on and they said no one was answering. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone!

The staff was amazing. They were so helpful in everything we asked for. The only bad thing was their market was not open so we had to have food delivered. But it was very clean and they had a working elevator and it wasn't a long hike to get to the room. I will definitely be staying there next time.

Subpar at best.

Awful. Check-in took 30 minutes, despite having done pre-check in online. This was with no one in the lobby, at 8:30 pm. Lost power for hours. Concession area closed. Valuables left in room were not turned in to desk by housekeeping, therefore not retrieved. Buffet worker flipped out on the entire dining room full of guests with cursing, bigotry and racial slurs. My wife was one target addressed specifically. Told by the manager on shift that the rooms would be compensated for the incident, then on checkout, the manager of the day (Zach) refused to compensate us and showed zero empathy for the situation. We’ve escalated the issue to corporate.

Breakfast was bad. The eggs were burned and all that was there were dried out bits when I got there, biscuits dry, and the milk was kind of warm. There wasn’t any butter for toast. It was 8am, so seeing breakfast that was kind of shocking.

This stay was unbelievable! The pillow had a fist size stain on it, there was dried blood on the sheets at the end of the bed, there was hair and dirt in all corners in the bathroom, the window showed marks of someone having sex against it, when we tried to check on the power was out and no compensation after 3 or more hours. Let’s not forget the amount of garbage that was behind the night stand and 1 yes 1 Kleenex left on the box! Went down for breakfast which is served until 10am and we went down at 9:15am the eggs were burnt, there was a few oranges and 1 apple to choose from, there was one yogurt and 1 milk left, the bread area had a couple of bagels and 2 pieces of bread. None of this was replaced while we were down there for over 30 minutes! No coffee made it was at the end. Lastly o opened up the night stand drawer and it was nasty! I have pictures of everything just ask for them! I would NOT stay here again! Did I mention we asked them to do something about it and they refused!

We stayed at this hotel specifically for the pool and hot tub. When we got in we went to the room. We unpacked and starded to get ready for the pool and found out we had no power on the main wall. No tv, fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, and lamp. We had 2 rooms that joined with eachother. The other room was also without power to the main wall. We let the front desk know and they got us new rooms that were not joined. Before we noticed the room issue, we ordered pizzas to come to our room. We asked the front desk and she said no she cant redirect them. So we had to wait. Becuase of this we were unable to go to the pool. The soap, shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty in our shower. We asked for an extra blanket and was told they were dirty and didnt have any extra. The breakfast was burned and out of many items. We were not very happy about our stay compared to how much we paid for the 2 rooms.

Last resort

The hotel is very misleading, it is pretty outdated. There was a power outage when we went to check in at 3pm on that wasn’t going to be fixed until after 5. We finally got checked in after 6. The room was dirty there was still soap and left over belongings in the room. The smoke detector was broken and had exposed wires. There were no towels or wash rags in the room, luckily we brought our own. Also the phone and refrigerator were out as well. I would just be cautious of staying here if it’s more than an overnight trip.

The front desk receptionist was amazing during my check in. After that I was extremely disappointed in the lack of cleanliness exhibited by the housekeeping staff. During my stay there was a bag a trash and dirty laundry stacked at the end of the hall. The elevator carpet was filthy and needed to be cleaned. The elevator tracks were disgusting. I saw a dust ball on one of the tables on the ground floor that was there when I checked in and was still there when I checked out. The floor leading from the elevator by the pool was dirty and stayed that way the entire time of our visit. I spoke to the gentleman at the front desk when we checked out about some WD-40 for a squeaky luggage cart. His reply was I put in a maintenance request but they hadn't gotten around to it. When I talked to him upon checking out I mentioned the items listed above and he responded well it is hard to get people or words to that effect. As a former Wyndham owner I was appalled and wanted to call the corporate office and turn in this property and ask that the entire housekeeping staff be fired. (They wouldn't last one day under my supervision; former REH).
