Liked finding a place close to Barnes Jewish Hosp. that was about $60 less per night, and it was clean. The staff was helpful also.

Checking in was easy. However, the facility was sub par. The stair wells all stunk like urine. We almost got stuck in one of the elevators. Our clock was broken and the tv remote didnt work. Also, no breakfast was offered. The walls are super thin, we could hear our neighbors conversations.

The girl at the desk was trying to charge us $20 for checking in 30 min early. I thought that was pretty ridiculous. If our room is ready why not just let us get settled in?!?

I like the general lay out of the hotel and the friendly people working. The only thing that made me say 😬 was going up to my door to the room I had it smelled like bad Fritos.

Basic hotel accommodations but location was not great and was slightly Concerned to see a police car sitting outside of the hotel for needed security. A lot of loud patrons late at night and very thin walls

We felt very unsafe. Going on and out. Lots of people and probably trafficking. Crying babies all night. Worst decision we made. Husband had surgery next day. We drove in from another town to be at a quality hospital. We have many more days to stay in hotels because of my husband's future surgeries. We had 0 ZERO SLEEP that night. Definitely NOT a 3 star

The property is tired but has been given a fresh coat of paint. They may be in the process of trying to upgrade the property but have a way to go. We had to be moved because our room was extremely noisy. The second room was also noisy with sounds that couldn't be identified nor located. The first room didn't have a telephone so I couldn't contact the front desk. The second room's tv remote only partially worked. The bathroom was only supplied with one washcloth instead of the usual two. The elevators were questionable but did go up and down. HOWEVER the front desk staff were great and did everything in their power to mitigate the problems.
