My experience here was terrible. It took 2 hours to checkin because the systems were down and they could not get my door key to work in room 135 (knowing there was a known issue with keys not working for that room). The entire time during my one night stay there were nothing but customer complaints. Most of them were keys that wouldn't work. So much so that we couldn't get back into the hotel at night. We had to pry open the front doors. Would highly not recommend this hotel.

I read several negative reviews prior to staying, so my expectations were rather low but we stayed anyway to be walking distance for a concert at the Amphitheater. And I’m glad we did. We were pleasantly surprised. Our room appeared to have been recently updated with new flooring, new sofa and the king bed was clean and comfortable. It was clean and well stocked by hotel staff who were very accommodating in providing extra coffee packets. I was also impressed with the sound proofing because once we were in our room, we heard nothing from the other rooms or hallway. There was even a big group staying right across from us and our room was quiet. The breakfast was a normal hotel breakfast, but the attendant was very personable, kept it clean and well stocked. It was an easy walk to the concert venue and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again

I like the room and hotel was clean. I had issues that affected my overall rating. Things i did not like: i was receing room calls all day and night. Had to unplug phone. My room keys were deactivation every other day. My room door was cracked and at times may it very difficult to enter the room.

We arrived after a big rush of check-in guests, and had to wait for someone to come to the front desk to help get us checked in. No biggie. However, when we went to our room- there was another guest already in there, that we walked in on. So, we had to go back downstairs, where we waited again. We got settled in our room and walked over to the concert that we were attending. Upon coming back to our room after being out all night, housekeeping or someone had entered our room and left linens on the table. I didn't like the fact that someone came in while no one was there.
