Great Stay!
The rooms were clean and nice, just a little small. Proximity to the arch can not be beat. No breakfast or kickbacks, but we had a great experience.

Nothing crazy, minor gripe.. the toilet ran on and off all night long and the mini fridge sounded like a mini waterfall. I addressed the staff, I’m sure they’ll take care of it, all in all great stay

Beautiful view of the arch. Highest crime rate in city do not park on street. Do not drive anything higher than 6' 5". No parking for large vehicles.

We were upgraded to a corner room with an exceptional view of the Arch and river, and I love the location because it was within walking distance of everything we wanted to visit. Parking was very easy but it appeared really limited compared to the places we stayed in Washington DC on this trip.

Evenings were VERY noisy from the freeway traffic and only 1/3 of the elevators were operational, while the remaining elevators were VERY slow. Also there is plenty of close parking but I was instructed by the hotel staff that the self parking was full which was not true

The bathtub faucet didn't work, and I had to run bathwater with the shower head. The tub had chipping paint all over it! The elevator kept getting stuck and took forever to move and got stuck on each floor

We liked the location of the hotel. It's very close to the arch. Staff were helpful. I had breakfast and didn't find it tasty plus it was way expensive. Overall it was good but not great
