We spent a weekend at this property going to Cardinals games. Very much enjoyed our time. It is nicely located in Soulard and an easy walk to many things including Busch stadium. The property is very clean and has all the things you might need for a great stay. The only negative comment, which the owners acknowledge when booking and provide for, is that it can be noisy-- both from external noise as well as from the tenant on the second floor. But the owners provide noise machines and fans which mitigate the noise. I am a light sleeper, and I did not find it to be a problem. Also, the communication with the property owners was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

Communication was great! The host even accommodated a special request for us without hesitation. It was perfect for us and our two small children. I can imagine it would even better for a couple’s weekend when you can hit up the local drinking establishments!

Perfect for guests going to The Franklin
We were in town for a wedding that was at The Franklin. Our VRBO couldn’t have been more convenient. There was a break between the wedding and the reception so we were able to just go hang out in our room and then get right back to the event. We didn’t hear any noise from nearby bars and restaurants. We were really comfortable and happy with our stay!The only thing we could have used was a toaster to toast our bagels from nearby Baked and Boiled. But not a deal breaker by any means.
