The room was pretty rough looking and could use a fresh paint job. The shower head was amazing however - great water flow and lots of hot water! Also, I was traveling with a pet and appreciated the $0 pet fee, which was great. One frustration I did have was with the television. The channels did not match the guide provided and it was very difficult to find channels I wanted to watch (CBS mainly, for football on Sunday). Overall, and okay stay for the price. Bed was comfy, bedding was clean and comfortable, AC worked fine.

We had a late checkin due to the business of the day. But we had 2 “queen” bed but they were definitely full beds. The top comforters were both stained. The shower pipes screamed with the hot water on you would think they were going to burst. Truthfully I left all my items outside when I got home to make sure they were cleaned before coming in my house.

Worthless of payment !
They claim all rooms are no smoking but I checked at least 5 different rooms and all were full stench of tobacco. The pillow covers were uncleaned. I had to get clean cover and change them. There were insects live and dead in the room. It was completely worthless of the price paid for.

We had to change rooms because the bed was broken, the toilet leaked, the tub was dirty, air conditioner was noisy. when I tried to get a different room the manager made me wait until shift change. Our final night we were woken by management telling us this was not or room. I explained that we were moved to this room and would be leaving in the morning. Not a good stay at all.

The room smelled terrible and it was really dirty. The bed comforter was stained and the walls and were all marked up with all kinds of gunk. It was pretty disgusting.

Stayed here one night and had a horrible experience. On the picture looks decent but when you are there I didn't feel safe. Never in my life had so many BED BUG BITES!!!!!!!!!!!! It was disgusting room was not clean smelly. Don't stay here

Best to stay in your car at a rest stop, then stay at Red Roof. When I was checking in, 2 different homeless looking people were checking in for a weeks stay.

Horrible people were standing around outside of check in area, no security, the first room I went to check out I my key worked but it was locked from the inside leading me to believe someone was already in the room, that was room 245 We then were given room 250 when I turned on the light roaches were everywhere dead and live ones yuck yuck yuck. Me and my 75 year old mom flew out that room not looking back and surprisingly the hotel was packed. I will never ever ever ever come back to this location or a red roof for that matter. The manager did give me a refund but even on hard times I wouldn't recommend here, they should be paying guests to stay there.

This property was so disgusting that we forfeited our money and stayed on an air mattress with our friends at another location until we could find something else. There was no tissue in the bathroom, the floor by the nightstand smelled like urine, and the linen on the bed was visibly filthy. When we asked the front desk for more, no one ever showed up! Please do not book here for your sake I hope you take heed.
