Good for a hotel close to the airport with 24 hour
The hotel was very quiet, which was great since I didn’t get to the hotel until almost 1:00 A.M. The hotel has been updated, but the room smelled musty.

There was a family reunion and a Beer convention going on during my stay. They gave me a room on the same floor as the people who were having the Beer Convention. My room had a mildew smell and the furnishing were chipped and furniture was dusty. Also had to get a light bulb put in for my bathroom while I was there. I paid 100 dollars for incidentals and 8 days later it still hasn’t posted back to my account. I called to ask for a receipt showing that the release of my incidentals back. I was advised it could take up to 30 days for it to post back. I was not advised of this before paying. I also never received the email that I requested to show receipt of the transaction. I am disappointed in many ways, because the Renaissance is where I always preferred to stay when in St Louis.

Shower yuck
Stayed here many times and was fine on those stays. This time not mine so much. We came for a show and got to the room late, went to shower found the shower drain full of groin hair Also there where people yelling and running in the halls slamming doors from 3am till about 430am Didn’t ask for another room as it was after midnight and we where already settled in

Had to wait in line entry time that i went to front desk, as it is never staffdd properly.2 . On top of paying for room there was a 20 parking fee, to stay at your hotel a day. So unbelievably ridiculous.3. One ply toilet paper. 4. No microwave on the room there is one by ice machine. 4. No breakfast available However, you could buy a sixteen dollar cold buffet. Would not stay or recommend your hotel.

Everything was great except the check-in process. The hotel was hosting 3 family reunions and a Gala. Online check-in and digital key was not available. It was more than a 30 minute wait.

Overpriced Subpar Property, NEEDS MAJOR OVERHAUL!
The rooms were outdated, red colored stains on the carpet, toilet paper holders broken and bedding old and ripped. I am very Thankful there wasn’t any Bedbugs but for the money it should be more updated than it is!!!
