Nice hotel with great location. I didn't like the "check in" process where they hand you an iPad and you have to fill 5 pages of personal information. I never experienced that before in any hotels or resorts I stayed at. Staff was nice and friendly, restaurant on site was great. Great location where you can walk to the lake and around restaurants and shops. Nice clean room with comfortable beds. Our room had a nice balcony!

They would charge the air you breath if possible
The room was already pricey to begin with, then we asked if we could have a room with a view but they put us on 1st floor over the parking lot. There were four floors above us and the rooms seemed to be mostly vacant. They charged 1 swiss franc each for three additional coffee cartridges for the machine in the room! Last but not least, they charged 15 Swiss franc for one day parking. Shameful!

Everything was fantastic. Good serve by Their pizzeria was excellent may be best food we had during our entire journey. We been to lot of different countries in Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, USA etc. etc. but I personally rate the best food I ever had in my life. Property location, condition plus all other services were excellent. Loved staying their.

Great hotel! very close to the city centre and the train station. The bus stop right opposite to the hotel and 6 minutes journey to the centre. 5 minutes away from the lake. Lovely area with a great restaurant which belongs to the hotel.

We would have preferred a location closer to the train station but the hotel is excellent and the bus stop is a few steps away. It's also a few minutes walk away from many good restaurants. We had a great stay.

This was a very clean, budget hotel in the midst of all the action in St Moritz. Great bathtub in the room for relaxing, and very good restaurant for breakfast and dinners. My primary complaint was that the internet did not reach adequately into the guest rooms, so I often had to leave the guest room area to use Wi-Fi in the lobby or restaurant. For non-EU travelers who don't have a European cell phone plan and need internet access, this is very inconvenient. Also, it would be GREAT if the housekeeping staff knocks before barging into the room. I was toweling off after a shower and the staff just marched in...embarrassing and easily avoidable. But all in all a good hotel for the traveler on a budget.

Nice hotel. Outside of the downtown area - across the lake about a 20 minute walk from the train station. Has full restaurant and bar inside, bus stop directly in front. Nice friendly staff. Would stay again.

Hotel Sonne St.Moritz
We have stayed at Hotel Sonne three times over the Engadin marathon weekend and the whole experience is excellent. The staff are always friendly and helpful no matter how busy they are. The food is very nice and the restaurant has a great ambiance. Beds comfortable and lots of storage space. Take a travel kettle if you want tea in bed! Excellent all round.

Not fantastic but reasonable. Breakfast was included, which typically would be 20CHF/person. On the bus line ( #3 or #6). If you are skiing make sure you take advantage of the 35CHF lift tickets ( also gives free access to the local bus routes) through the hotel vs the regular rate of 75CHF at the hill. Good pizza, reasonable price in the hotel restaurant.

Very basic hotel for the price. Room 61 has 2 streetlights shining right into to the room with very light curtains so not a great nights sleep.
