This rental homes will sleep up to 26 guests comfortably, and each home has a full kitchen, living room, and dining room.

Our Clearwater Beach Cabana is only 2 blocks to the beach and is within walking distance to restaurants, entertainment, water sports, sightseeing and Pier 60. Our rental home is a short drive to the nearby beaches of Indian Rocks, Redington Shores and St. Pete Beach. If you prefer, the Clearwater Jolley Trolley, it stops conveniently nearby our Clearwater Beach Cabana, and it will take you all the way down to St. Pete Beach and stops along the way.

This rental home is one of a kind on the beach, as it is one of the few large beach homes in our area. There is nothing else like it available on the island. The Clearwater Beach Cabana is located at Bruce Ave and Lantana Avenue in North Clearwater Beach. You can rent our Clearwater Beach Cabana as a whole or you can rent each rental home separately.

If you rent all 3, you will have a private pool and courtyard. If you rent each villa separately you may be sharing a pool and a large courtyard. The Clearwater Beach Cabana is made up of three rental homes that make up a wonderful and large beach compound.

The first rental home which is named Bruce Cabana has three bedrooms, one bathroom and it will comfortably sleep 8 guests, featuring 3 Queen beds and a Bunk bed. This rental home in North Clearwater Beach has its own living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and access to the pool and courtyard. This cute rental home is perfect for a group wanting to stay close to the beach and within walking distance to all activities.

The second rental home which is named Guesthouse Villa has one bedroom, one bathroom and it comfortably sleeps 6 guests with 2 Queen beds and a Queen futon. This cozy rental home is the smallest of the three and has a full kitchen and a breakfast area. Our Guesthouse Villa in Clearwater Beach also has full access to the lagoon style pool and the large courtyard.

The third rental home which is named Lantana Cabana has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and comfortably sleeps 12 guests with 4 Queen beds and 2 sleeper sofas. Our Lantana Villa has its own full kitchen, dining room, living room and full access to the pool and courtyard.

With the 3 rental villas surrounding the large pool and gathering area your group can be together, yet each enjoy the privacy of their own rental home. Overall this trio beach complex is perfect for large groups, families, corporate retreats, church groups, school groups, sports teams and small weddings. Our Clearwater Beach Cabana has enough parking space for up to 6 vehicles.

This property allows 1 pet - if approved there is a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 + taxes
Pool heat is an extra cost of $35 per day + taxes - up to 85 degrees from Nov to April.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.

Great place!

There were 14 adults in my group, we rented all three rentals for three nights. Everyone thought it was an amazing place to stay at. When I arrived, a staff member was there to go through a few things with me to make sure everything was satisfying to me. If you travel there in 70 degree weather, I would recommend you heat the pool the day before you get there. I can’t wait to return to the Cabana on my next visit. Highly recommended!!!!

Family get together

Loved the set up we rented all 3 houses in the group and had the pool in the middle. Perfect for large group get together! Close walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants, bars and parks . The pool area was great for swimming and gathering all different times of the day! Would definitely use this place again it had everything we needed and property management was the best I have ever dealt with! Always responding very quickly

Wonderful Stay!!!

This property was wonderful and exceeded our ext!! We rented all 3 homes (we had 22 people staying there all together) and we had plenty of room for all of us! The homes were clean and very comfortable! The pool was amazing and the kids loved swimming in it everyday! The walk to the beach was close by and was a very easy walk! We had a couple minor issues but the renters were very easy to get ahold of and the issues (a leaky dishwasher and slow flushing toilet) were fixed quickly!! I would highly recommend and we would for sure rent this property again!!!

Family Vacation

The Cabana was nice, clean, and the pool area was very nice and private. The only issues we had: there were small bugs (no see ums?) that bit us up very badly, even with candles and bug spray. We couldn't use the pool area in the evenings because of the bugs. Also, the dishwasher in one of the houses was broken and couldn't be repaired during our stay. The walk to the beach was very short, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet.

Perfect !!!

This property is perfect for a group. It was comfortable and a short uber ride to everywhere. I would suggest some lounge chairs by the pool but this didn’t take away from our stay at all. Communication was exceptional.

What was listed was not true for each house. Pool pump and heater was broke but was fixed quickly. But cleanliness of pool was cloudy. Broken closet door, dishwasher that was not working was just a few things that were out of order.

Baltzell 2019 Vacation - Could have been nicer for the money

The Cabana was very worn and dated. most of the beds were completely worn out. One refrigerator did not work well enough to keep milk and eggs in. The microwave in the Lantana house only partially worked. You could not clear it and it as either on or off. The Lantana dishwasher top rack kept falling down and was hard to use. The ovens had either a top or bottom heating element burned out it them. So, anything baked was burned on one side and raw on the other. One of the Bruce houses flooded while there and the Guest house flooded. One of the Bruce houses did not have wifi in it. For the money spent on these houses, I would have been better off to have put the group up in the Hilton Hotel. We went with houses so we could have fridge space and be able to cook. That did now work in these houses so I spent a fortune eating out. The pictures and online description depicted these houses to have been kept up, they were not. I will never do this again without first traveling to see the properties before I use them. Jon Baltzell

First time we did a vacation renting houses it was awesome we had a big group so not always easy to find something that works for all of us but it absolutely did the location was very well kept was in a quit but yet very close to anything we wanted or needed. Perfect for our family vacation with 4 families, 16 people

The three house villa and pool were perfect and I would highly recommend this property. We had 8 adults and 8 kids and the houses accommodated us perfectly. It was very clean and spacious. The pool was a nice common area. It would have been nice to have more lighting out there by the pool, however. It looks like there used to be a light in the corner because there's wiring on the corner of the house. There is a light but it's not very bright. The beds were comfortable and we all slept soundly. The houses all had everything we needed to cook meals (utensils, small appliances, pots, and pans). The studio guest house could have used a bureau for clothes, however. We just took a shelf out of the main house to use to put clothes on and were sure to put it back at the end of our stay. Mona was always a phone call or text away if we needed her. She offered suggestions about the best take out pizza in the area and helped out with figuring out the tv. Clearwater Beach was so close, just a short walk away. The area on the beach was not crowded at all but at the same time it was only a mile walk to the popular Pier 60. The houses are in a very quiet, nice neighborhood. I would give this property and experience 5 stars if it wasn't for one bathroom in the main house that was out of commission and the outdoor lighting. We were made aware of the bathroom before we stayed and were given some money back because of the inconvenience. Renovations are being done to the pipes now and I'm thinking the lights will be fixed which would make this property a perfect 5 star. I highly recommend it!

Loved the entire property!

We rented the whole space over New Years, and loved it! We had a group of 17, 8 of whom were children. This is an excellent place for families with kids. You are an easy walk to the beach. the pool and patio are beautiful, and have plenty of seating - with a great charcoal grill. The houses have all the amenities you need (especially if you rent all of them). 810 lantana and the guest house have been recently updated.. great kitchen spaces. All the bathrooms are very nice as well. We couldnt have been more pleased. Thank you!
