Great Hotel
Whether was good a couple days and tropical storm came through. Staff was wonderful and room was clean and nice. Water pressure not the greatest but food and drinks were great. Would recommend.

Property is new and modern. The hotel is clean. Pool is very small. You have to walk across the street to the beach. Parking is about $30-$32 a day at the resort. The bartender is really good. Food around Clearwater is typical bar food. Go into Tampa if you want better food options.

Real disappointment since my previous experience
I've been to this hotel before shortly when they built it. It was great back then now everything has changed. The only nice person I've met during the trip was the lady at the front desk who did the check in for us. Both outside bars were closed during the weekend in July. Housekeeping was a joke. They told us that they clean every other day and if you want them to come and clean your room you who have to call the front desk and make an appointment for someone to come and clean your room...ridiculous lady that came was so lazy she didn't even vacuum the sand from the floors but by changing the wiped in the bathroom she forgot to do it properly. I guess she was in a rush or something. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
