I want to start with the fact that our stay was right after Helene and before Milton. The staff was simply amazing! Everyone very nice and accommodating. The hotel is brand new. Interior is modern design. Very, very clean. The property is beautiful. Great pool and bar area with soft furniture. Such luxurious feeling all around. They have the Best breakfast buffet with espresso coffee, and croissants and hot breakfast options for only $ 20. I rarely have encountered nicer waitresses. Our room was super comfortable And clean. TV has streaming options and Wi-Fi is free. Housekeeping cleaned our room every day and provided us with clean towels. The hotel is situated right on Coronado Boulevard one walk from the beach literally two minutes walk. Even though it was after the hurricane the beach was nice and clean the city did an amazing job. There are many shopping and dining options around. Valley parking was the cheapest in the area only $38 night. After the hurricane, the elevators were not running, and the boys were running up and down 4 stories. Again, amazing stuff!! I never felt more pampered in my life I know this in times of hurricanes. Thank you everyone at AC Hotel!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The surrounding area was compromised because of the hurricane that just occurred. I loved the hotel and its location. Don’t know how long it I’ll take to repair the area surrounding. But still was able to have a great time

This is a very new and nice hotel. All staff were incredibly nice and helpful. The only thing we were disappointed in is the fact that the rooms are listed with refrigerators that they are only chillers. I had purchased milk and some snacks for my son that needed to go in the fridge. I noticed the temp was a round 50 degrees and I was worried the fridge wasn't working. I talked with the front dest and was told the they are chillers and are not intended for perishable items. They offered to keep out stuuf in the fridge they had in back. It was helpful but also inconvenient. Would recommend they change that the rooms have refrigerators. We ended up buying a cooler and ice for the room, over all we would stay again. Very nice hotel and less the 5 min walk to the beach and shops and alot of food options.

I absolutely enjoyed every minute and moment at the AC Hotel in Clearwater, FL. From the moment you step on the elevator you are welcomed with a warm, beautiful fragrance of pure elegance. The environment was flawless and well maintained. The staff was all professional, welcoming, and full of passion. The room was clean from top to bottom and the nights of rest was everything of perfect peace’s I highly recommend this location hands down.

There was no microwave in the rooms or nearby had to go downstairs to have staff warm up food.The microwave was a big downfall since we ate out a lot and had leftovers.We were unable to enjoy the outside bar due to the small rainfall. Balcony was nice but can can climb over to the next. Overall stay was nice front desk manager on duty she was very nice provided us with wheelchair for mom and places to go for dinner. Bartender both ladies were very nice and one was willing to learn a new drink! Hallways were clean, downstairs bathroom nice! Our shower was clean but little areas that needed work/updating. Housekeeping did not speak English but tried hard to understand what we needed she did good!

Overall good stay, however the rooftop bar they advertise and show pictures of is not actually open for use (which is not disclosed until you ask). The 5th floor bar by the pool always looks closed, and $20/person for a regular hotel breakfast. Location was great though. In comparison to other hotels in the area, this one is overpriced and we will be looking at other stays for next trip.
