Welcome to Beach House on the Sand in a fantastic location on St. Pete Beach. This spacious 4-bedroom 2.5 bath home is only 50 yards to the beach with no main roads to cross. Entering into the living room guests will notice the classic Florida wood vaulted ceilings throughout the majority of the home. There is a large flat screen Smart TV in both living areas! A fully equipped kitchen has plenty counter space for your cooking pleasure. There is a dining room that connects the family room and kitchen. The primary bedroom is located upstairs and features a king bed and lots of natural light. The second bedroom that is also upstairs offers a queen bed and has access to the balcony. Back downstairs is the third bedroom featuring a queen bed and the fourth bedroom has a twin-over-twin bunk bed. Unwind in the backyard that is perfect for entertaining with a large deck, lush greenery, and propane grill.
