Greetings! Are you in search of a serene, peaceful and relaxing beachfront vacation or a vacation full of fun-filled activities? Either way, you have found it! This tastefully decorated beachfront awaits you and your family and it is just steps away from the beach!

As you plan your day, start with a cup of coffee on your private balcony and be on the look-out for a dolphin or two. Ready for the beach? You're just a few steps away from the beautiful white sand and uncrowded beach. Did you say "Beach gear and toys for the little ones?" We even have that covered for you!

If you're looking for activities for all ages, there are a variety to choose from in the area.

And don't forget the amazing sunsets to be enjoyed in the evenings, right from your balcony! Every sunset paints a beautiful picture for you to admire as you spend time reflecting on your day.

OVERVIEW
This centrally located vacation rental makes it an ideal location for a family beach getaway.

There are numerous types of dining/restaurants for you to choose from and many that are within walking distance. We are just minutes from Kooky Coconut, John’s Pass Village & Boardwalk, Clearwater Marine Aquarium, Pier 60 Park & Playground, Sand Key Park, Beach Art Center, Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary and much, much more!

THE LIVING SPACE
Our spacious 1150sf - 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, second floor unit sleep 6 comfortably. You will find every room filled with little details that make you feel right at home. The master bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and private bathroom with walk in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The living room has a queen sized sleeper sofa. A Pack n Play is available, if needed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for your getaway. The kitchen is open to the dining and living areas providing you with a view of the beach. The beach will feel like it's at your fingertips when you step out on your balcony, which is accessible from the living room.

There is even a washer and dryer for your convenience. We really have tried to think of everything so that you don't have to. We want this to feel like home, so that you can step away from the busyness of your life and just relax.

GUEST ACCESS
There is a storage unit that holds beach chairs, beach umbrella, and sand toys for you and your family. Beach towels are also available in the unit.

Wireless internet provided. There is also a smart TV which gives you access to your Netflix, Youtube, and other online accounts. This is very useful on those not so sunny days at the beach.

Propane BBQ grill available.

There are 2 open-garage parking spaces on site with this unit.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
You will find a manual on the kitchen island which includes instructions for the unit, where items are located, restaurants, attractions, Internet password, and many other things you will need.

Our community has three units. If you see a neighbor, say "Hello" and please remember, you will be vacationing in a residential area. Be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

The maximum occupancy for guests staying in this unit is 5. Please inquire before requesting a reservation if there will be more than 5 in your group. If you need more space for a larger family stay or another unit of this same size, we have two more units in the same building available (#607709 and #607710).

Beach and Sunset Heaven

Ideal location to stay, especially for beach goers. This place was modern, clean and located right on the beach. Perfect spot to enjoy the sunset whether right on the beach or from the balcony of the place. My wife and I had a great experience and will definitely be back again next year. Thank you!

Beach Getaway

Often, a place looks better in photos than in real life. This beautiful condo surpassed the photos and really was just about a dozen steps from the beach! It was immaculate, updated (the pictures of the balcony chairs/table are NOT what's really there!) and had LOTS of beach gear that was stored neatly and everything you would need for a family. We were absolutely delighted with everything! Highly recommend any of the units in this condo!

An amazing week!

We chose the property as the base for our final week in Florida following 10 days at Disney in Orlando. We spent a lot of time researching prior to booking and, I have to say, I think we chose the perfect property in the perfect location. The apartment itself is excellent - spacious, well-appointed and equipped, and in such a wonderful spot right on the beach with views out ove the Gulf of Mexico. The stretch of beach was great - not too busy at all and certainly quieter than if you head up or down the coast a little way. Indian Rocks Beach was great for us - easy to get to some of the places along the coast that we wanted to visit and also close enough to Tampa for the ball game and also for getting back to the airport. Lots of great restaurants and cafes locally within a few minutes, either walking or by car. Our host, Kelley, was really responsive, not that we really needed her for much. We felt so at home and had the best time, and having the apartment as our base was a big part of that. We desperately hope we'll be able to get back their soon!

Excellent Property

This property is fabulous and exceeded our expectations. The condo itself is clean and in great shape. The owner is very responsive and replies within minutes to any questions. The condo is steps from the beach and is perfect for families with a closet already filled with beach toys and floats. Too many excellent restaurants within walking distance to name but ones that stand out are JD's for breakfast, Guppies for a little more upscale dinner, and Groupers on the Gulf for a very casual but excellent Grouper sandwich. We will definitely stay here again.

Supererb!!! Feedback: We ran out of toilet paper 3 days in and bought more. More bathroom towels would have been helpful. Also with three people, one more balcony chair would have been nice. And, if there had been cleaning supplies we would have cleaned more before we left!

Pretty condo right on the beach with gorgeous sunsets!

The condo was in a fabulous location right on a beautiful beach. The condo was pretty and clean. The view from the balcony, living and dining areas, and kitchen was spectacular. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice. There's easy access to the lovely and uncrowded beach. The sunsets were gorgeous. Beach chairs and beach towels were provided. Note for owner: the boogie boards and beach balls in the storage unit mostly need replacing, but it's great to have those beach chairs provided. There were great restaurants nearby - Guppy's on the Beach, Salt Rock Grill, and Slyce Pizza were all excellent choices. Note for guests: The steps to get up to the 2nd floor unit from parking were pretty steep, so you must be physically able to climb steps to stay here. All in all, an amazing place, and I hope my family will get the opportunity to stay there again.

My family of four had an amazing time. We absolutely loved staying right on the beach and the condo was just lovely. The beaches weren’t crowded, so it made it easy to watch the kids. The condo was so spacious it was perfect for my family. This place is just absolutely delightful we had such a great time!!
