The bed linens were horribly stained. Front desk unable to do anything. I slept with my clothes on. Disgusting. People lurking about trying to talk to me. Unsafe feeling. AC one foot from ceiling, controlled by light switch. Had to climb a chair to adjust. Very hot room upon entry. Miserable night.

The staff and manager go above and beyond to accommodate any requests you have if it's in their power to do it they will grant it they are courteous they are professional and it's a very safe environment I recommended highly the pool is fantastic

I will never return to this hotel ever again. The girl at the front desk demanded a $50 cash deposit for the room. I have always paid a deposit for a hotel, but it was always charged on my card. They said it had to be cash which is a little shady. The deposit was made and we headed to the room. The property was in disrepair, and the room was about the same. The plumbing was very poor so the toilet would barely flush. When we went to checkout this morning I was told that I couldn’t get my deposit back until 8:30. It was a little after 7:00, and I did not have the time to wait. The lady at the desk was extremely rude, and did not want to do anything to help us. I then left and went home without my money. The whole cash deposit thing is highly suspicious, and if it is required customers should be made aware of this before arriving. I would not recommend anyone ever stay there.

I. Liked the way the front desk employees treated me. Respect was my main concern and it was given Now to the truth My room was dirty {photos) and I could tell the tub and sink had not been cleaned in sometime. I had purchased bleach and other cleaning articles in order to assure that the room & bathroom met my standards. There were no mirrors in bath (photos) no chairs and I noticed that someone had killed vermin on the walls and cleaning personnel did not take time to remove stains. I was not given a key with which to allow entrance and exit in order to secure my belongings . I was told that I would have to have desk mgmt to open doors should I exit????? Cleaning staff had excess but not renter? The floors were FILTHY and I recommend that guests were slippers as I did and that they be I realize that two hurricane had hit West Fla within a short period however there is no excuse for dust unclean bath and noticeable filth. I left the room clean and dusted and locked The staff was awesome however my room #205 could have been made more comfortable for the $ paid not withstanding 2 hurricanes simple housekeeping was lacking Malekah Philips LCNP

When i want to check at 0630 on October 24, 2024 i was told the the manager was the only one that can refund my 50$ cash deposit. I then had the lady call said manager to get me my deposit back. The room behind mine had a dog that woke me up at 0500. I've never had any of this before happen to me at any hotel before.

This hotel desperately needs updated. The threshold to the room creaked every time we entered the room. The toilet leaked when flushed. Batteries in the remote were taped so it was tricky to turn the tv on and off. Saw 2 roaches. Shower head selections were either too soft or stung. Had to get the room key reprogrammed every day. Never got housekeeping during our 4 day stay. Had to go to the office for towels and toilet paper.
