Issues with processing payment on site due to issue with Hotels.com error. But the Staff, Mary, at Comfort Inn was amazing. Did everything to get it resolved and in the room. The room was nice and comfrtable just a little dated.

Staff extremely nice. I wish they had a different egg choice for each day. I will only eat a scrambled egg, or omelet and they only had the "white" egg which I will not eat. My diet is selective, so I did not eat any breakfast there.

Not open for business, yet they still charged me
The hotel was not able to check me in, because they did not have electricity, internet, the ability to process credit cards or any communication. Hotels.com refused to refund my money. The hotel has not answered any calls all week. Choice Hotels (the parent hotel company) sent me an email confirming I owed nothing and did not check in. However, I cannot get a refund.
