Washer doesn’t work paid twice to use no refund was offered. Breakfast area has nothing hot for kids in the morning except coffee. They offered pay on arrival but still call you to charge your card before you arrive. Beds are old and sink in the middle because mattress hangs over the base. Very untidy bed setting.

This was a very good stay, first: great price, second the service from the check in to the breakfast and the check out the employees, the prompt , I don’t have anything negative to say about this place! Very clean and We were very impressed of the clean swimming pool( which is hard to find). The breakfast was a very complete one! Eggs breads, waffles , fruited, juices, fresh water, coffee, cocoa, meats! I definitely recommend this place, and we definitely considered for future stay!

The shower kind of sucked but it was a decent room. Staff was very friendly and the hotel wasn’t too busy or packed. Very convenient location just off of the interstate.

Anniversary weekend
We usually get this hotel due to be traveling with a boat. Parking is perfect for us. Hotel is clean and comfortable which is good enough for us. Breakfast needs a huge improvement. Área is clean but food needs to get better. I have stay here many times that i try to request same room. Something happened between us leaving the room ins the morning in perfect condition and returning to it to a clog toilet. I went to the front service person to let them know and instead of him send someone to check the toilet, he gave a me plunger and said if that doesn’t work I will change rooms. Seriously. .. I’m paying this amount of money and I have to carry a plunger back to the room? Front person seems to be upset about the my request for someone check the bathroom. Again it was working perfectly in the morning. We were almost gone to get dinner. And I had to get back to the room to fix a maintenance person issue. Not a happy camper.

Comfort Suites NOT so COMFORTABLE!!
It was an older hotel that had an old hotel feeling to it. The carpeting was dirty. The bed was not that comfortable. They only had ice machines on every other floor. For self sevice items by front desk, they only took credit card and not cash. The ceiling was very low in the room including in the shower. I was stuck in a corner room that was by the emergency exit doors which dud not close fully. The housekeeping staff kept knocking on your door trying to get into your room right at checkout time. The room did not have a Do Not Disturb placard to hang on doorknob. Front desk called your room right at checkout time asking when you're going to leave.

Overall very happy with this place. The beds we’re comfortable, room was very clean, very little appearance of wear and tear. My only disappointment was we had just drove more than 3 hours in horrible traffic and arrived around 2pm. I asked if we could check in early, I was told no and to come back in 45 minutes. Basically had nowhere to go.
