Large Condo Hotel Suite on the Beach

This condo hotel suite comfortably sleeps 8, with 3 queen beds plus a full-sized sofa bed, in-room safe, and with 2 full bathrooms and an additional half bath. This 3rd-floor suite provides a perfect spot to relax on your completely private balcony.
Please note that one of the queen bedrooms does not have a window.

Our guests also have exclusive access to our heated pool and bar located on the fifth floor, coffee lounge on the 2nd floor, as well as our gym (designed by world-renowned gym designer Danny Musico), beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and beach towels, as part of the resort fee of $35 + tax included with your VRBO total. The unit includes full-sized kitchen appliances, including a dishwasher, and is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, and flatware. Also included are a full-sized washer and dryer. Should you need additional soaps, towels, or other items, or just need to know where to go for a good meal, our Reception Desk is staffed 24/7 for your convenience.

This brand-new building is just a short 10-minute walk from Pier 60, a great place for family-friendly activities, dining, and taking in incredible sunsets. Should you want to explore the area further, there is a Beach Trolley that stops in front of the hotel, as well as access to taxis, Uber, and Lyft.

Parking is available at the property (1 car per suite) a fee of $35.00/ daily will apply. If your party is bringing a second car, please contact the Hotel to find out availability. Charges may apply.

Daily pet fee of $85 + tax payable at check-in. Qualified ADA service dogs are exempt from the Pet fee

We will authorize the balance due, plus parking or pet fees (if applicable) and a $200 incidental hold upon check in.

Cancellation Policy: If the guest cancels 14 days before arrival before 4:00 pm or earlier, they will be given a 100% refund. If the guest cancels within 14 days before arrival, they will get no refund. We know that things happen. Flight cancellations, changes in plans, and illness (including COVID) within the cancellation period will not be grounds for a full refund. Therefore, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect your travel investment.

If the guest cancels 14 days before arrival before 4:00 pm or earlier, they will be given a 100% refund. If the guest cancels within 14 days before arrival, they will get no refund.

This room has no view whatsoever. The view from the living room is the side of a building. The view from the bedroom is onto another bedroom. The pool is tiny. No large garbage can. Kitchen is very sparcely stocked.... also no grill on site

We had very enjoyable time! Couple of suggestions though. It would be great to have dressers in each bedroom, so patrons don’t have to live out a suitcase. Also more hangers for the closets would be nice. Maybe more hooks to hang the towels on. And maybe larger size pots and pans for the kitchen. Not big things but things that can make the stay more manageable. All the staff were fantastic to deal with and very helpful.

Great vacation at The Avalon Club
The location of this hotel was really great. Easy walk to the beach, bars, restaurants and shopping. We did utilize an uber for a quick ride to Publix grocery store and also for ride to & from airport. It’s about 30 min to PIE airport. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop bar with its evening champagne sunset toasts. The heated rooftop pool was great too. My only negative was our view from patio. However, we knew that going into it that this was not ocean view. I am grateful for the little outdoor patio space we had though. It was fine. Overall, it’s a great place to stay. 5 stars. Very clean and the lobby smells amazing.

The only thing I hated was the size of the kitchen trash can and the smell of the soap in the showers. I thought they could also have some cooking spray, zip lock bags, and a few other essentials in the kitchen.

As advertised but noise is an issue
2nd time at the Avalon ... We love the check-in, people and location it is perfect! The only issue is that the unit is right next to the gym. It's helpful that they limit the open and close times but when it is open there is constant noise with weights, treadmills and other equipment that can be heard throughout the condo. We were fine but it was frustrating at times when we were in the unit. Everything else was great.

This is the perfect place for two families. We love the three bedroom option. It’s nice to have something on the beach that could accommodate both families. The property was very clean. The pool is small, but really nice. We enjoyed having all the beach and pool toys provided for us. The small bar on the fifth floor next to the pool was an added bonus. All of the staff were excellent. Very friendly.

Fun week
This is our 2nd time staying in this building. We stayed the same week (school mid-winter break) last year. The building is right next to the beach with easy access. The building management is exceptional. Very accommodating and responsive prior to and during our stay. They were able to provide early check-in following a red-eye flight. They provide beach towels, chairs, umbrellas for the beach at no charge. We traveled with a group of 17 year-old boys who made good use of the gym on site. The building is located on the northern end of the tourist area. There are many restaurants/bars/shops within a 5-10 minute walk. The condo unit has a big kitchen and living room area which was convenient as we ate most of our meals in the condo. The rooms and common area were clean and everything was working as expected. A few items to mention for awareness. 1. There is not a view from the balcony. We had read the reviews so were not surprised but you are staring at a wall and I feel this should be clearly called out to avoid any disappointments. 2. The A/C & heater unit is in a closet in the master bedroom and is quite noisy when it kicks on. (It works very well and temp will change quickly when you initiate a heating or cooling cycle.) 3. The master bedroom shares a wall with the gym. You can hear the weights dropping starting at about 9:00 or 9:30 AM so not ideal if you are trying to sleep in. We weren't so it was not an issue for us.

The condo itself was spacious and clean but it definitely was not on the beach. Our view was a brick wall. If you are looking for a condo with an ocean view this was not the one.

Spacious nicely furnished -final price was pricey though
Overall it is a nice place. There was no view of the beach. Actually the views were of another building 5 ft away. The balcony was blocked by next door building. Also, one bedroom had the a/c unit that kicked in constantly throughout the night while trying to sleep. Also no hangers and one bedroom had no closet. On the positive side, check in was very pleasant. Kudos to Cassie! She could train for customer service. She was a gem. Also, there was coffee available anytime. All 3 bedrooms had a nice tv and comfortable beds. The kitchen was well furnished and nicely decorated. The location was pretty good, could walk to nearby bars and restaurants.
