The check in process was easy. No major issues over the week, but based on previous rentals feel it was overpriced at 3K for the week. I’m sure it’s recovery efforts from the storms, but have stayed much better for that price. Rooms were flip flopped for master/guest. The master has 2 beds whereas the guest had the king bed. As the paying adults I expected the master vs giving that room to my kids. Beach chairs were provided, could have used more towels and cooking utensils like a spatula. Overall, conveniently located and right on the beach. Room faces the strip.

This condo was just what we wanted. Clean, Directly on the beach, w a pool, close to all the shops, restaurants, bars, etc. loved that there were comfy lounge chair rentals available right in front of the condo, and reasonably priced!

Amazing location steps from the Beach!!

This property at Sandy Shores was the perfect stay! Located directly across the street from John’s Pass and just steps to the beach, we could not ask for a better location. Between the lovely pool, beach and John’s Pass, there was endless things to do. Very happy with the ease of check in and the cleanliness of the condo! It had everything we needed. Great stay!

John’s Pass Beachfront

This is an excellent location offering all the amenities you would want in a beach trip.It is a bit dated but very comfortable. Off street parking is provided which was very convenient. The location is probably the best thing about this unit. The building is located beachfront but the unit is on the side. You can see the beach if you look to the right when on the balcony. The outdoor pool is located on the beach and was a favorite place during our stay. It is also located in walking distance to John's Pass and all the shops and restaurants. We were there for spring training games in Clearwater which was a 30 minute drive away with traffic. The only downside was the humidity inside. There was a very strong smell of mustiness that we could not get rid of. I am sure this could be corrected with a dehumidifier or Damp Rid. Other than this issue, it is a great unit.
