Very irritated! We checked in after midnight, Sunday morning, and checked out by 930am the next morning, Sunday. Literally only got this hotel to sleep after our flight before our next destination. Place wasnt the cleanest, but we didnt mind too much, because again, only here to sleep and leave. The day after checkout, Monday, I get notified from my bank that this hotel charged an extra $50. I was out of the country and couldn't call until 3 days later, on a Thursday. When i called, they said I was charged for smoking in the non-smoking room...First, my husband and I don't smoke and my three young children do not as well. Second, we were there for less than 10 hours. I tried to explain this to them and that I was very upset and wanted to talk to a manager. Couldn't talk to them until Monday. What manager doesn't work on a Thursday and Friday, midmorning??? Very irritating!

The pool was awesome. Our room had ants. And they didnt clean the our room the next day no fresh towels. The price they charge it should have been cleaned and restocked the room.

Disappointed!
Definitely would have spent extra money to stay somewhere else if the pictures reflected the rooms correctly. My kids asked that we leave immediately upon opening our door to the room, but it was non refundable and it served the purpose of sleeping and showering. Their breakfast consisted of cereal, little Debbie chocolate donuts and stale blueberry muffins (they hadn’t “received the powder mix” for their waffle maker. And right at 11:02am someone was knocking to inform us that it was checkout time (traveling with 4 kids is fun to try to do anything on time) I told her we would be leaving soon and she returned again as we were loading up to let us know it was 11:25. I’ve never been rushed out of a hotel, and that took the cake .
