It was a lovely place to stay and super conveniently located. I didn’t love that the only parking option was paid valet. I also didn’t like that I was asked to put my credit card information down on a piece of paper that I had to sign saying I was going to be charged a $100 deposit, but at the same time I was told the deposit wasn’t charged anymore. Was a little bit sketchy and confusing.

We were the only ones there but it still took forever to check in. Granted, it was midnight on NYE so I understand that why no one was right at the front desk for us. It just took him forever to find my reservation even while he was holding my drivers license in his hand. They helped with parking and that was a godsend. These are the best firm pillows and I love this firm mattress. Couldn’t phone the front desk because this phone doesn’t seem to be connected to anything. We’ve called the property twice since check-in and no one has ever answered. Nice little snippet of Waterview and this place is very nice and clean

Not enough parking and front desk wasn’t sure if the closest public parking had overnight parking. Water pressure in shower was very weak and no hot water. Ran shower on hottest settings for 20 minutes and it was still lukewarm

This hotel is not yet finished. It will be great when it is done. I chose it for the rooftop bar, which when I found it, was a pile of chairs in an unfinished space. But the location is great and the staff very nice. It will be fantastic when it is finished. The air conditioning is very loud, our balcony door had no lock, light switches were miswired, there were stickers on the toilet and plastic sheeting on the windows, the TV is right in front of the window that has the ocean view... it is safe and clean and friendly, but a bit of a disorganized mess right now. I probably will not go back.

This stay was ok. The hotel sent a message through Expedia of what to expect for parking on site but the info ended up being inaccurate. Additionally, the room was just ok. Not the most comfortable bed and the light switches were not placed in obvious spots (ie- to turn on the main bathroom light, you had to walk all the way over to the sink). It’s cute spot and really so close to a lot of downtown. But I’m not sure I would stay here again - wasn’t as relaxing as I had hoped.

Pluses are location, adjacent parking garage and spacious suite with a lovely view. Minuses no television in living room, very dirty shower, no paper products besides toilet paper, could have used tissues and napkins for the kitchen. The “mini bar” was a handful of soda & water in the refrigerator. Some upgrades still needed for these rates.
