Great Studio - Only 75 Steps to Clw Beach-NO Storm Damage

This bright and airy loft apartment, custom built for the owner, sits atop the rear of a two bedroom rental home. It is the 5th home off the beach (a mere 250 feet), and on a one-block long street which ends at the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico, 75 steps away. You enter this unit upstairs from your own large private deck, which has a water view and is complete with table and chairs, umbrella, loungers, and a gas grill. It is an ideal spot for tanning, outdoor dining and get-togethers, and simply enjoying the sunset and gulf breezes.
The unit is approximately 500 square feet. It sits atop the rear of the two-bedroom house, which sleeps five.

The unit is very warm and welcoming, decorated in the subtle tones of sands and surf. The open floor plan features a queen sized bed, dining table for four, a sitting area, walk-in closet and a fully functional kitchen. It is outfitted with plenty of dishes, utensils, linens, accessories and small appliances. As it was designed for two persons, there is no dishwasher.
Wireless internet service (WiFi), use of the washer/dryer, TV with cable and Blu-Ray player, beach chairs, alarm clock, linens and towels, are all included. Just bring your vacation clothes, relax and enjoy. Off-street parking is available for one vehicle in front of the house.
There are so many things to do on Clearwater Beach, you name it, we've got it. Frequent volleyball and other tournaments and contests are held here, and many restaurants and bars feature live music by day and night. Our restaurants have an exceptional assortment of fresh seafood, as the docks are located nearby. There are several golf courses nearby.  For the family, the Clearwater Aquarium, miniature golf courses, street festivals, activities on the Pier, and more are held on a regular basis. Splash Island Water Park is just down the coast on St. Petersburg's beach. Major attractions in Tampa are the Lowry Park Zoo, Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, just to name a few. Within two hours you can get to everything in Orlando: Walt Disney World, Sea World, Universal Theme Parks and more. Thank you. Joe

Joe was an excellent host at making sure we had everything that we needed. Apartment was well stocked with kitchen equipment and supplies, it’s own deck with grill, loungers on the second story of the house. Located on a quiet street and just steps to the north side beach and walking distance to the main strip. It was just what we needed and we enjoyed our daily walks and our stay very much. Will definitely contact Joe the next time we plan to visit Clearwater Beach!

Cozy Studio New Beach
This property was literally less than a minute walk to the beach. It was clean and within walking distance of a few local restaurants and bars. There is also a fantastic deck in the front of the apartment. We had a beautiful view of the Strawberry Moon. Joseph is an excellent communicator and he made our stay very comfortable.

Great location and fantastic host. Joseph was an very responsive before and during our stay. The rental unit was clean and VERY well appointed. The host has thought of most everything. The beach is out the door and perhaps 100 feet down the very walkable side street. Most everything can be reached with an enjoyable walk. Perfect!
Perfect getaway for our recuperation from Disney! We wanted a quiet place close to the beach to decompress from a week at Disney with the grandkids (although we had a blast we were tired! lol) Joseph's place was just that. Only steps to the ocean, his place is beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. The deck was so relaxing to sit and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. I would definitely recommend 10/10!

My husband and I were away without our children and Joe’s loft was a perfect space for us. It was steps away from the beach and had all of the amenities that we needed. If we find ourselves in Clearwater beach again, Joe’s loft will be at the top of our list!

This unit was perfect for us, a couple with a small dog. The beach is less than a block away. Dogs are allowed if you walk just around the corner then about half a block. The unit was comfortable, and had every appliance you could imagine. The owner, Joe, was fantastic and attentive to all our needs.

Exactly as described. VERY clean and good communication especially after the hurricane which came by three days before we were to arrive. Clearwater Beach escaped any damage and the beach was clean. Comfy bed, superfast wifi and off street parking - crucial in that area. Will stay again!
