Light and airy with a subtle tropical flair, all of the comforts of home await including new appliances and a kitchen stocked with all of the necessities, plenty of space to spread out, and direct beach access right out back! Each level also features hurricane shutters. Private and exclusive, with a private garage, private elevators, and a beachside pool, this home offers Florida living at its finest!
Located directly on the beach you don't need to leave, but this home is also just steps from public tennis courts. Centrally located there are multiple dining options all within a short drive certain to please any appetite. Clearwater is a quick 10-mile drive north where entertainment, shopping, and dining options are endless!

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This home only allows minimum night stays of 29 nights or longer. This is enforced by the HOA and we cannot make any exceptions.
The elevator is not available for guest use.
Do not open hurricane shutters all the way. Please leave at least a foot from the top to avoid damage to shutters from being stuck.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
