Hurricane update 11-21-2024 - as of today, we are glad to say that the Water Park is open with everything working! Everything is back to normal! The roads are open, power is up and running, Wi-Fi is working, Elevators are working, Beach is open, and the pool is opened and heated and the water park is at 100%!
Update on 10-1-2024 - The waterpark annual maintenance will happen sometime around mid-January, exact dates have yet to be determined. During this time, the park closes down whatever section they are working on.

Staying in the unit for family night can be fun by either just watching a movie from Netflix or playing one of the many games there for you to enjoy (Yahtzee, Clue, Monopoly, playing cards, Go Fish). Also, free internet WI-FI access is included.

Beautiful Indian Rocks Beach is just a short walking distance from your room. A beach buggy (includes 4 beach chairs, a cooler, and beach umbrella) is available at a charge of $30 for your entire stay.
Crabby Bills, Slyce Pizza, PJ's Oyster Bar, and The Lighthouse Donuts are just a few of the many restaurants within walking distance, and just a few miles away you'll find the famous John's Pass where the Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. is located. There are also many coffee and ice cream shops, bars and entertainment venues.

PARKING: One (1) car per reservation can park in the Garage (or the yellow lined parking spots across from the gift shop if the parking garage is full) with the Parking Pass (pass is located in the unit). Additional cars will be a $20 daily fee, and will park in white lined spaces, attendant on duty.
FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE, THERE ARE 2 ELEVATORS THAT TRAVEL FROM GROUND LEVEL TO AS HIGH AS THE 5TH FLOOR, AND ONE ELEVATOR, BY THE ROUNDABOUT, THAT TRAVELS FROM GROUND LEVEL TO THE 8TH FLOOR.

Jimmy Guana is right in your backyard. Crabby Bill's is a block away, both have live entertainment. There is also PJ's, Slyce Pizza, Lulu's and a Mexican restaurant which are very good and in walking distance. Ice cream and candy shoppes. John's Pass is just a few miles away! You will find many great shoppes and restaurants including Bubba Gump's
Free garage parking is available for our guests. Let the Trolley take you to the many attractions and venues up and down the coastline.
There is a beach cart with cooler and 4 beach chairs that can be rented for $30 for the duration of your stay. If interested, please Let me know when I will request the funds through the site.
You will need to bring the water park passes to the gift shop before entering the park, they will scan them and give you wrist bands to be worn while at the park. It is there that you can purchase any additional passes that are needed (up to 6 at a 50% discount per day, per guests).
Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED, AS THERE IS A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY!!! IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. THE NO REFUND POLICY INCLUDES NO REFUNDS DUE TO HEALTH CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WEATHER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WATER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING COLD WATER OR RED TIDE, OR TRANSPORTATION OR ROAD CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS. A CHANGE IN YOUR BOOKING DATE MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE OR ALLOWED, HOWEVER, SHOULD A DATE CHANGE BE ALLOWED BY THE OWNER, BOOKING DATE CHANGES WILL BE SUBJUECT TO A $50 CHARGE FOR EACH DATE CHANGE. Should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged. AGAIN, due to the no refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30. Check in is any time after 4PM. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures.
Please understand what can come with the potential aftermath of a Hurricane. There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences and will not be making anyone the exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Hurricane season, again, falls between June 1st and November 30th.

Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Thank you for understanding!
