Hot tub was great. Unfortunately, they advertise a heated pool, but it is not. Clean and friendly. Breakfast was good. Had a pool view room it was nice.

Good service, but some issues with the room.

We stayed here for 3 days with our dog when a burst pipe flooded our house. First, shoutout to the desk staff. They are awesome. Second, we really liked the dog area in back and the fact that we were placed close to it. Some issues: When we checked in, the hotel room was full of such powerful bleach fumes that none of us could breathe, and we had to leave for an hour with all the fans running. There was no screen door on the slider, so we couldn't open the door for air. Also, the air conditioner was extremely difficult throughout our stay. It would not stay running, and we were always either freezing or sweltering. Could not get the temperature to any reasonable level. Pillows extremely uncomfortable—we ended up driving back to the flooded house to get some. But otherwise, we had a decent stay.

The staff was super helpful. The courtyard/pool area piped in music was obnoxious especially early morning. Our room faced the courtyard with a nice balcony but we had to stay inside to avoid the noise. Breakfast was barely acceptable. Better yogurt please!

The staff who assisted us were fantastic! Penny at our after-midnight check-in and housekeeping's Lisa & Tominica (sp?) were very helpful. The low water pressure in the bathroom was troubling. And there was a 'smear' of what appeared to be blood on the outside of the tub.

Don’t judge a book by its cover. The outside of the hotel plus the lobby is out dated and needs to have better curb appeal. If the room was bad, I was going to eat the cost and go somewhere else. The room was updated, clean, nice and extremely quiet. It is close to the highway but you would never know it. Like I mentioned room was quiet. Would stay here again.

Nice room, good breakfast, staff very nice, easy driving to many good dining options. The only complaint I would have was that the bedding was not comfortable. It is hard to describe, but there was a waffle weave blanket directly over the sheet and it was rough and I could feel it through the sheet. I thought the pillows were on the hard side as well.
