A Wonderful Place to reconnect
The home was perfect for our yearly friend outing. We played outdoor games, had our furry friend with us and enjoyed every second of our stay. The home was what we needed. The downstairs shower is fantay. Not ADA accessible

Disappointing VRBO
The property was not very well maintained outside or inside. Many things about the furnishings were not appropriate for small children. There was a total of three steep staircases. The kitchen had ants that got into our sealed food.Several of the bedroom doors had locks that needed a key and when they accidentally got lock we had to break in ourselves because the maintenance person was not available.There were at least two broken pieces of furniture.The master bathroom shower pressure was horrible and there was no lock to that bathroom only a large hole in the pocket door where there had been an lock. There were several faux palm trees that were top heavy and fell over whenever you walked by. When we arrived the trash cans were on the street and flys were swarming and the smell was horrible. The beds were not comfortable in several of the rooms and sheets did not fit properly. There was not a safety fence around the pool, which is a safety hazard for children.The positive is it had good AC and All the rooms had ceiling fans.

Perfect Vacation Home
This property has everything you need for vacation home not too far from the beach. We traveled with a group of 20 guests ranging from infant to senior citizens and the property kept everyone well entertained and had everything that we needed for every part of our stay. The most impressive part of our stay was the property management team. They are super responsive and handled any questions within seconds. I would stay here again.

Amazing Amenities and Customer Service
This house was perfect for our group. It was very clean. There was plenty of space to eat and sleep and TONS of fun amenities - no one was bored. The communication with the property managers was amazing. I received friendly reminders about trash/recycling. We did have a minor issue one evening. I sent a text to the property managers to notify them. I received a phone call within 5 minutes of my text and the issues was resolved that evening. That is fantastic customer service. I would recommend this house to anyone.

Stunning Property!
The views at this house are immaculate. Looking out onto Lake Seminole through the dining room area, multiple bedrooms, and backyard was amazing. This house was so unique and truly the perfect vacation rental to make our family’s trip special.
