Please be aware that you may experience less amenities, some intermittent beach inaccessibility due to ongoing restoration, and less restaurants and activities in the area through the end of 2024. This beautiful, Gulf front condo has all the comforts of home. The updated kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a nice meal for the family. The bright living room has large sliding doors opening up to the private balcony facing the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. This is a great spot for watching the glorious Florida sunset and relax after day playing around the large pool or building sand castles on the beach. The master bedroom has a door to the balcony and a large window facing the Gulf and an en-suite bathroom. There is a full size washer and dryer in the condo. Free Wifi and free assigned parking included.

**Please Note: As of November 15th 2023 - The Land’s End Community Association will collect a one-time fee in the amount of $50 per condo upon entry, to include one car if needed. A 2nd car will be an additional fee.**

Land’s End is located on Treasure Island at the end of a peninsula and is surrounded on 3 sides by water; the Intracoastal Waterway to the east, a pass to the south and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. This community is loaded with amenities to keep anyone entertained! Large, heated pool, 2 hot tubs, sand volleyball court, tennis and pickleball courts, charcoal grills and gazebo area for your outside dining nights, a boardwalk that wraps around the community for your morning exercise, shuffle board, direct beach access and all within this beautifully landscaped community.

For family-friendly fun while visiting Treasure Island, hop on the Suncoast Trolley and you will be able to explore all of the unique beach communities from Clearwater Beach to Pass-a-Grille. Take a short drive over to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. Head West to Madeira and visit the Alligator Discovery Center in town, take a walk on the boardwalk while shopping at John’s Pass Village. After your adventures, have a bite to eat at the many fantastic restaurants Treasure Island has to offer such as The Pearl Restaurant, Caddy’s, The Boardwalk Grill and many more! No matter what you decide to do, you'll have plenty of happy memories to take away!
