This condo was recently remodeled with all high end amenities. 3 beds and a pull out couch: 1 Queen, 1 Full, 1 twin & pull out sofa. Check out the pics!

Come enjoy your St Pete Beach get-away! Literally just cross the boardwalk, grab a drink or a burger as you pass by the Paradise Grill, and you are on majestic St Pete Beach enjoying the sugar sand between your toes!

Great little beach condo
We've been coming here now for 3 years, and we plan on making the trip again. It's a nice place with a wonderful pool and patio area.

Wonderful!
We had a wonderful time! Nice, quiet place. Felt very safe to let the teens walk up to the surf shop which as a couple of blocks away. All of the other guests were so friendly. Ground level was really great as we typically stay in the larger high rises and the elevator can be a pain when packing in and out, and for groceries. I was surprised how close the beach was, just across from the parking lot which was never busy. We would definitely come back here!

Perfect for our family
This condo was perfect for our family (2 parents, twins age 17, 10 year old and 8 year old. Roger and Clare were very responsive upon check in and the one issue we had working the TV. The kids loved being able to walk out the back door and jump in the pool and we appreciated the super quick and easy beach access. There were small things like unclean dishes and silverware and the condition of the egg crate mattress topper on the pullout bed that kept us from giving 5 stars for cleanliness. However, overall a 5 star stay for our family and our needs.

Easy Beach access
Condo is first floor with easy access to pool and walk across parking lot to beach. You can walk to almost everything. New bed pillows are needed but overall a 5 star beach experience.

Wonderful location
Very quiet and large property steps away from the beach with ample parking and a wonderful pool. Lots of pool toys and chairs in the closet which we added to as well. Delicious restaurants within walking distance. Great communication from the owner as well. The only negative is not having a washer and dryer but we knew that going in.

Lovely condo!
This remodeled condo is in a perfect location - close to the beach and off of the main road. The pool is right outside the door and we met so many nice neighbors. Be sure to get breakfast or lunch at the Paradise Grill! The condo is close to many restaurants, a Publix, and Walgreens. We look forward to staying here again!!

Sister vacation !
As sisters that live from Alaska, California and Florida we are so spread out so it is important that we find time to spend together. We try to get together once a year to reunite & reminisce. We chose St Pete’s this year. The condo was perfect for us. Close to beach and restaurants. We were able to use the FreeDrive - very convenient!! Clean & comfortable condo.

We had a really good stay. Condo is clean and very nice. The shower needs a grab bar for safety and the 2 bed bedroom needs the smoke detector installed. Wires are in place just no device.

Great place and perfect location!
Great time overall with a perfect location! The kitchen was well stocked and even had a couple bonus items like foil and plastic wrap. The windows didn’t stay open unfortunately, which would have been nice with the cooler weather (condo seemed to stay on the warmer side without AC). It would be also be nice to have a bathroom fan so that the mirror is usable or else they mag need to consider adding a mirror in one of the bedrooms. Only other suggestion is that the tv comes with some instructions or to make sure the apps are at least updated so they are all usable. Truly a fantastic stay and would stay again (I was only nit picking with some suggestions above so that things are even better the next time we stay)! :) thank you!

Summer wrap up
This was our second trip to the property this year… Everything was just as we remembered! The place was spotless, the pool was great, and we walked to a different local eatery each night for dinner. We could not ask for a better place for our last trip in 2022 - Looking forward to another visit early 2023!

We really enjoyed our stay! When we arrived, the first thing we noticed was how quiet and peaceful it was! Then the interior was better!! Short walk on the boardwalk to the peaceful and beautiful coast!
