Luxury and charming 2Bdrm condo, minutes from Clrwtr beach! NEW 2025 BATHROOMS!

Breathe, Relax and Unwind in a coastal feeling, cozy and spacious 2 bedroom condo (1100 sqft - 102sqm) in the "Avalon at Clearwater" gated community. Easy to access from both Tampa International Airport (25 min) and St. Petersburg/Clearwater airport (15 min).

Situated 8 to 10 minutes of relaxed driving to the famous Clearwater Beach (ranked No1. in the US and one of the top 10 beaches in the world) the condo features a spacious living room adjacent to an open concept kitchen and dinette. Cabinets contain glassware, dishes, pots and pans and utensils.

In the living area there are a 3 seat sofa and a loveseat. For your entertainment there is a flat panel HDTV with digital TV service and WiFi internet. Each bedroom sports its own Smart TV where you could watch your favourite streaming service (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu etc) as well as PlutoTV, featuring tens of free entertainment and news channels, all in the comfort of your bed.

Master bedroom provides a king size bed while the second bedroom, of a very good size itself, sports 2 double beds and a walk-in closet.

Two NEW (2025) bathrooms featuring modern shower stalls are at your disposition; the en-suite one accessible from the master bedroom and yielding to a good size walk-in closet for your suitcases and hanged clothes. Iron and ironing board are available in the walk-in.

The second bathroom is situated near the guests bedroom and is accessible from the main living area/corridor.

Laundry room situated near the kitchen area includes full-size washer and dryer.

Linens, pillows, bath towels and hair dryer are provided as well as beach chairs and umbrellas for your beach going activities.

The backyard-facing balcony, equipped with patio furniture, allows you to enjoy the gentle warmth of the evenings.

The complex has numerous places to park your car. There are no designated spots so park wherever you want. The building is very conveniently placed steps away from the clubhouse and the heated (if needed) water pool. The condo is placed at a perfect distance from the pool/barbecue area so whatever little noise might be issued from there is completely dampened by the time it reaches your windows.

Across the street there is a "Publix" supermarket. 24/7 Walmart is 5 min driving down S Missouri Ave. "Abe's Place Tap & Grill" restaurant is right next door and the bus stop right in front.

Cycling enthusiasts, bring over your bicycles to enjoy the "Pinellas Trail"!

Just Perfect
Ted was a fantastic host from beginning to end and the property was ideal for a family of 4 on vacation. We stayed for 3 whole weeks and we were comfortable the entire time. We enjoyed the heated pool and the beach and aquarium were very nearby. We were able to keep the place clean and use the laundry facilities because it was so well-stocked. Thanks for a great stay - we will definitely book again if we come back to Clearwater.

Communication was top notch from owner. Information was exactly as described on condo check in and what to expect. We were coming to beach hop and flew so we also had beach chairs, toys, and even towels to use at the condo which was very nice! Condo is a quick (20min with traffic) drive to several beaches. Our favorite was Indian Rocks Beach. Also within minutes of several really good restaurants. If we’re ever in Clearwater again this is def where I would try to book first.

Wonderful home base for our Clearwater winter getaway! Close to multiple powdery white sand beaches and amazing restaurants. Condo was comfortable and thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need. Clean, updated decor, cozy covered porch and plenty of living space. This unit has some quirks and older fixtures but they didn’t hinder our enjoyment at all. Communication with Ted and Roxy was easy and efficient. Definitely recommend!

The condo was convenient to most everything the Clearwater area offers. The pool area was great and the other condo owners and guests were extremely friendly. The unit could use some upgrades (bathrooms and kitchen) but overall it was a very positive experience.

Needs a little updating but it was clean. Bathtubs were painted and need to be surfaced so they are not so slick. I slipped while taking a shower. Not injured but it could have happened. Wife was afraid to take a shower. Pool nice but crowded at times

Nice Condo with short drive to Clearwater beach
We enjoyed the stay. The condo was nice had a beach theme that really made you feel like you’re on vacation. The Condo amenities provided were good for my teenagers (pool & gym) during downtime. Was only a short drive to the beach and within walking distance to grocery store and a few shops. The owners were prompt with communications and provided all the information needed prior to the stay. We would stay again if we return to the area.

Convenient location to various beaches
The property was as advertised and the pictures are 100% accurate. The place has two full bedrooms, living area, a patio, 2 full baths, a kitchen, dining area, laundry room, and pantry. The place was clean and also had a nice patio and it had beach chairs in the storage room. Communication with the property owner was excellent. Also, the instructions for the property were spot on and very helpful. Clearwater beach is close by and the location is convenient to a grocery store and other beaches including Madeira which we also went to. The place has a washer and dryer which is really convenient and useful. The place has access to a nice gym as well as a nice pool. The only thing that would have been better for us would have been better pans for cooking, but we managed with what was provided. I would definitely recommend the condo and will consider it again when we are in need of beach time for the family.

Prior to arrival and then towards the end of our stay, Ted and Roxy were great at communicating and addressing our questions. The location is so close to those beautiful beaches, has shops nearby to get anything we needed, the home was inviting and themed beautifully. My teens really enjoyed doing their remote learning classes from the balcony with all that sunshine. Area was peaceful and quiet. We had everything needed for beach days thanks to how well stocked this home is. Comfortable beds, spacious closets, all the needed kitchen equipment to whip some great dinners and so much more. I would recommend staying here for a nice family or friends vacation. Will definitely come back here for my next escape from the cold.

Great time in Stillwater
We had a very welcoming and relaxing time at this property. Location is very convenient for beach and shopping. Host provided everyhting needed for a great time at the beach. I would definitely stay at Casablanca again in the future.
