Madeira Bay Resort #200 is a spacious newly completed unit. Completely renovated. Unit features full marina views, access private elevator, 3 bedrooms, and 2 full baths. Views of marina, sunrises and waterway from the expansive living room and master bedroom windows (no balcony). The master bedroom has a queen size bed and twin. The second bedroom has a queen size bed + twin bunk bed and the third has a queen size bed + twin bunk bed. Sleeper sofa in the living room. Amenities include a full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, and free Wi-Fi. There's also a office space with desk. Two parking passes provided.

The Madeira Bay Resort features classic Mediterranean architecture with tropical landscaping, a beautiful heated swimming pool/spa, fitness room, and Mad Beach Fish House restaurant, with waterfront dining and cocktails. Located adjacent to the world famous John's Pass Village & Boardwalk with over 100 shops and restaurants, boating and fishing charters, dinner cruises, dolphin tours, jet ski rentals and parasailing. Conveniently across the street from public beach access.

This was a great place to stay, beach was walking distance across the street. Fully furnished and lots of accessories. Just would have liked to have been able to communicate with the owner and couldn’t figure that out during the check out process.

The stay was amazing and the place has a great location....the only down fall is the pool deck is extremely hot. As well as the water it felt like bath water.... the mattresses need to be a little softer they were hard....but other then that it was amazing.

Great location. Convenient to beach, shops, restaurants. Clean. Condo as shown in pictures. Water pressure in showers low and could be improved. Notified management about difficulty in using front door key on day of arrival. Said it would be resolved immediately but no change over 13 days. Good condo for family vacation (10 in our group). Would stay again.

Our stay was amazing. We enjoyed the property. Our only concerns was the safety of the doors. The doors locked from the outside, but do not lock from the inside and that was a little too iffy for us, but other than that our stay was amazing that concern should be looked into, but I stay was amazing.

This condo is the perfect space for a large family. It has ample sleeping space and even a large dining area. We loved it, super close to John's pass, just a quick walk across the street to the beach and a nice pool to relax in! 10/10 for our family.

Great condo!
The condo was absolutely perfect! It was clean, the beds were comfortable and we enjoyed everything the condo had to offer. I would recommend a larger coffee pot but other than that… it satisfied all of our needs!
