The air condition did not work, 5 minutes in my room my kids and I were sweating. They did not have any other rooms to put us in that had a working air condition nor did they agree to give me a refund. Do not recommend.

We booked at that hotel because it included breakfast, when we arrived they gave us the news that they did not give breakfast and they did not want to give any refund for that, after 3 days it was that the manager showed his face and basically told us that it was not his fault

Chaotic
I was overcharged and not compensated for my visit on 5/23/24. I had issues with management regarding my overpayment and a room that was not clean and missing items. The air-conditioning caused a leak which was not fixed and slipped and fell during my stay and I also had a door dash delivery that was stolen. . I'm so unhappy and disappointed. Please help
