Treasure Island has a new gem! Brand new large 2-bedroom Gulf Front Condo (992 sq ft) directly on the beach with resort amenities and 24-hour guest services.
Our two, second-floor, fully ADA-compliant, modern units are beautifully appointed and offer lovely ocean views. These units include a Queen bedroom, with a window looking out to Treasure Island's main street and a lovely ensuite with a roll-in shower, roll-under sink, grab bars, and a large closet. As you make your way down the marble hallway, you pass the second bathroom with a bathtub large enough to soak in. Your second bedroom includes another queen-size bed and closet. This room does not have a window, so your teenagers can sleep in while you take advantage of the beautiful mornings. Enjoy your specially outfitted kitchen with lower sinks, cabinets, and a kitchen island or lounge in the living room. The rollout balcony has a dining table, the perfect spot for watching the sunset, having a family dinner after enjoying the beach, or watching the parasailers navigating the light breezes of the Gulf.
Each bedroom has a 50" TV, while the living room has a 65" TV. Every unit includes all the amenities found in traditional hotels including all linens, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. Whether you choose to eat in or dine out at one of the many restaurants, your unit is equipped with dishware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and even baking items. Also included in each unit are a blow dryer, stackable washer and dryer, full-size appliances, iron, and ironing board. Each unit will have a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and microwave to make your mornings easy and hassle-free. As our guest, you will have 24-hour concierge service and access to the pool with covered cabanas, a jacuzzi, a gym, and a full bar overlooking the pool. There are umbrellas, chairs and a sports area set up on our private beach area with volleyball, cornhole and horseshoes available. Should you prefer to bask in the sun closer to the water, there is a company that sets up and rents cabanas with 2 chairs.
While you will have a private condo, you will have access to all other areas of the hotel as well as unrestricted beach access.
included in the cost of the condo is the resort fee of $30/night, which covers amenities such as access to the pool, jacuzzi, pool/beach towels, fully licensed bar and food, gym, 24-hour concierge service, all in-suite amenities from paper towels to tide pods and refills on k-cups. Parking is available at the property (1 car per suite) at no charge. Please note that parking is extremely limited, and we can only offer space for one vehicle per unit, so we ask that you plan accordingly. For day-visitors and guests with an additional vehicle, parking is available in the city lots at
$3.25/hour. These lots allow overnight parking.
We will place a $200 hold on your credit or debit card when you arrive to cover any incidental charges incurred during your stay. This hold will be released when you check out.
If you are planning to bring your furry friend, a Pet fee of $85/night plus tax will apply. Limit of 2 pets per suite with a combined weight of 30 lbs or less. Please contact the property with questions. ADA-recognized service pets are exempt from pet fees and weight limitations, but note that ESA pets are not covered under the ADA guidelines and will be subject to the $85+tax/night pet fee.

If the guest cancels 14 days before arrival before 4:00 pm or earlier, they will be given a 100% refund. If the guest cancels within 14 days before arrival, they will get no refund.
