One bedroom/one bath renovated condo. Avalon is a gated community located 8 km away from Clearwater beach and 11 km from Indian Rocks Beach. The bedroom has a king size bed. The living room has a flat screen tv, a sofa bed and a working space with wi-fi. Beach chairs and umbrella available. The Avalon complex had a large heated pool with a bbq area and a fitness center. Publix, gas station, Dollar store, hair salon and restaurants are within walking distance.
Guest access: Really easy to access the unit on the first floor (one floor up from ground)
