4th of July family trip
Upon arriving the directions given were for a security guard to let you into the hotel but when we got there and talked to the guard they looked at us like we were crazy and made the check in process a bit worrisome. Once we got in the unit there was a couple things broken such as handles for outside patios (multiple doors had broken handles going in and out), there was a missing fob to gain access to the unit which did make it difficult for us a with 4 adults and 2 kids. Finally the biggest issue of all was the fridge in the unit did not work, AT ALL! The front of the fridge was showing error codes and the inside was only temping to 57 degrees causing all sorts of issues again with us having essentially 2 families on property. The property manager didn’t care at all, their response was “well there’s another fridge in the unit isn’t that enough” the other fridge was a mini fridge and in no way would that hold our needs. Once a maintenance person finally got there they said the fridge was out of warranty and there was nothing they could do about it. I made the property manager aware of the issue day 1 and no one even came out for 4 days. I was made to feel like it was no big deal and to just deal with it when in turn they should of had another fridge out there. Almost $5k spent on our first family vacation in 2 years and honestly I wish we went somewhere else because of these issues. Won’t be going back again. The only reason for 2 stars is the condo was updated well.
