Easy check in, clean rooms and great location. Trolley stop right outside hotel. Beach across the street and many good restaurants nearby. Be sure to check out Taco Bus! Bar next door had great live music every day.

The beach view was adequate and the walk was short to get there. The AC was very cold, but leaked water on the last day in the room causing puddles.

The AC was more than adequate. There was very little beach view. Adds for this property should mention that you have to cross a busy street in order to get to the beach. Not a very nice beach for the long walk.

Room was okay, there was a small cockroach when we first entered but room was clean overall for the rest of the stay. The construction was definitely annoying, even on Saturday, even though we were told there is no construction on the weekend. Price should be less for the room but it is convenient to the beach.

Everything was great! i was able to check in a bit early, my room was not ready but the staff let us use the pool and called us as soon as our room was ready.. check was not until after 2 and i got there at 12pm... staff was very friendly and accommodating... the place is as described, very comfortable beds, rooms are well decorated. place is very clean and well kept. We will be back next year. Thank you Pelican Pointe Hotel.,

We stay here 2-3 times a year for family trips. It never disappoints. Room service if you’d like it as often as daily. Heated pool, pool toys, there’s a bin by the main floor ice machine with beach toys that guests leave. Staff is friendly. Walking distance to all of CB. 2 minute walk to beach access. Our favorite place to stay.
