The staff was very helpful Hotel was a little difficult to find Even with the address Sign is on the side of the building in the opposite direction when you’re headed onto the island and the restaurant, especially the pizza was not worth it then again it is a bar restaurant, but the view is amazing on the top of the building

Impossible tv system
After a long day out and about we just wanted to go back to our room and relax and watch a football game for a while. The to channel system is very over complicated and we had to call the front desk to see how to even get to love tv. Once there, there are about 8,000 channel options with no content available and almost impossible to find any of the main channels. At Che jour we were told they could have provided a channel guide if we had asked but we had no idea about this. Very frustrating. Also the toilet had not been properly cleaned. Still a good value for the price and location but we were disappointed in this trip.

Reservation accepted when looking for refuge following Hurricane Helene. Unfortunately all bridges were closed. Could not get to hotel. Still got charged. Hoping for refund. Probably just an app that wasn’t adjusted when storm hit. Clearwater is a fantastic place. Support the recovery.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t say enough great things about Pier 60 Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the experience was outstanding. First, Jimmy’s Crow’s Nest rooftop bar/restaurant is a must-visit! They give free shots at sunset, and everyone gathers to enjoy the beautiful view. The customer service is top-notch, from the friendly staff at the bar to the amazing service at the lobby. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, but they graciously let us park and said they would message when the room was ready. They were so helpful and explained everything clearly, leaving no questions. We booked a room with a beach view, and it was worth every penny. The view was incredible, the room was spacious and clean, and the location of the hotel is perfect—right in the heart of Clearwater, with everything within walking distance. On top of that, they even gave us two free tickets to Splash Harbour waterpark! I will definitely be staying here again when I visit Clearwater. Highly recommend!
