I was greeted by the receptionist who threatened to cancel my reservation even though my flight was delayed so that was a bad first impression. I did enjoy the room, it was very comfortable and well air conditioned. The shower though never got hot and I had to take lukewarm showers.

Hopefully better next time.
Went to visit for a business trip and attend the convention. When I first checked in there were wet towels in the tub and one hanging from the shower rod. One of the beds had stains on it. I understand it is a very old building and the plumbing can be an issue however the outlets in the room all stopped working and the mini fridge in the room was leaking all night and what we had bought went bad. There is a parking garage was across the street so distance wise it wasn’t so bad however each time we left the parking garage it was a different price and it never made sense.

Quick couples getaway
A quick getaway for my husband’s birthday. Great location and great price! Room was very basic and out dated but we were only staying for one night and didn’t spend much time in the room. Could hear a lot of street noise but there was a Rowdy’s game that night so to be expected!

Staff was professional. Old quaint historical hotel. Rooms were clean and clean towels. Hallway had a slight wet smell but rooms smelled fresh. One elevator but its only 4 or 5 stories so not a big deal. We will definitely stay there again.

Rowdies staycation
We had a good time. Room was clean nothing too fancy which I didn't expect due to price. Water pressure is low however this is an old building and is common. Location is ideal convenient to all the restaurants and attractions in the area. Parking garage is located directly across the street cost 8 per day. However if you enter the parking garage during a event parking is 10 for that day. There's a trolley stop at the front of the hotel. Highly recommend using it. It's free and the drivers are awesome to talk to. My only issue was the WIFI . There's was more than one listed which made connecting impossible and frustrating. Overall a great stay. Will definitely stay here again.

Bathroom extremely small with a window in the door that you can see through as you utilize the facility!! Stayed for 7 days and cleaning rooms was not daily but whenever, had to go to desk for towels. Queen bed was a full bed and short! Hot water never came or took 10-15 minutes in shower! Couldn’t use tv unless you had passwords for apps. Unable to use personal computer as there was no service! Constant buffering. Had to pay for parking daily!! Never would go there again! Dirty bathroom and room never cleaned!

Property is in need of some TLC. Staff was very polite and professional. The little corner bar and restaurant were very nice but the rooms really need to be upgraded. They have a wonderful location and could become a major player in tourism for St. Pete.
