I mostly enjoyed my stay but unfortunately this specific hotel made things difficult for me during my trip. I had an early morning flight from Pennsylvania to Florida for my friend’s wedding and I wanted to check in early. I was willing to pay money to do so. I arrived to the hotel around 10 am and the front desk had informed me that they were sold out the night before so no rooms were available yet. Check out for guests was at 11 am and they made it seem like I would have a room before 12 pm to get ready for my friend’s wedding which had started around 1 pm. There were multiple rooms checking out and housekeepers were present, yet I didn’t get a room at this time. I had to get ready for my friend’s wedding in a grocery store bathroom due to this inconvenience. If I worked at a hotel and knew someone had arrived from out of town and was trying to get ready for a special event, then I would have accommodated them as soon as possible by freeing up a room right when the first guest checked out. That’s why I rated this property only 3 stars. They need to work on professionalism.

I'm sorry to leave a poor review, but I have to be honest in hopes of conditioning some improvements in this facility. I stayed here before, maybe 2-3 years ago, and the room I stayed in previously was remarkably clean, functional, and impressive. This time, however, the bathroom barely worked. The toilet barely flushed, the water pressure in the sink and shower was pitiful, the bathroom fan didn't work, and the ceiling tiles were missing. The regular room was tolerable; I wouldn't complain, given the price, but there needs to be a functional bathroom, at the very least. We left after one night and got a different room.

Never stayed and waiting on a refund due to mold in the room that made us feel sick. 3 pther rooms left due to similar reason when we canceled the rooms. Hope I get my money back.

i WAS RESCUING DOGS IN TAMPA THE ROOM RESEMBLED ONE OF THE GUTTED BUILDINGS FROM A LONG HAIR IN SINK TO A TURD FLOATING IN THE COMMODE TO BEING LOCKERD OUT OF ROOM NO ONE CAME TO FIX PHONE NO NE CAME TO FIX LIGHTS NO ONE CAME TO HELP ME AS I AM PARTIALLY DISABLED AND I HELPED IN CLEAN UP AND RESCUE I DID NT PLAY LOUD MUSIC AND GO TO WROINGR IOOM DRUNK AS GUESTS AT THIS JOINT DID I SHOULD NOIT BE CHARGED FOR THIS MAYHEM MAY THE FORCE BE WITH ME?!

Hotel had no power when we got there. Probably due to the recent hurricane that caused massive flooding. There we no other hotels available. We were from out of town. Lickily a friend took us in so we could stay for the wedding we came there to be a part of. Crisis averted..

Dirty, I don’t expect much from a place for the price but this was bad. The towel got stained, eww I don’t use it anyway but I was just using it so my stuff won’t touch the unknown counter.
