Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
This experience was a nightmare. Couldn't get inside the property at first, was not given the "executive" room I paid extra for, communication was rude and inefficient, and the room I was given was a mess - wallpaper peeling from the ceiling, uncleaned shower with soap and scum everywhere. When I arrived at the property, my code did not work. I sat on the front steps for 45 minutes trying to call the host, being sent to voicemail each time, only to get text responses saying I was doing it wrong. "Hello. All door code access was sent via email and SMS at 2:30pm today. Please see to either of those options for details. Thank you" - this was the text I got at 7:30pm after leaving 2 voicemails. After blowing them up for more phone calls, the same code I was trying magically started working. Weird, huh? No apology, just another text, "We can see here you have access the property. Thank you." I booked their executive suite, but was given Room 1, which was downstairs, did not have amenities it said it did, it was just not the room that was pictured. The room and sheets were cleaned, but the bathroom was untouched. It did have a private bathroom, but there was a shared door separating my private bathroom from the next rooms - when I walked in the room I could hear what I thought was somebody in my bathroom taking a shower. I could hear everything that went on in the neighboring rooms bathroom even with both doors shut. The sink was not even in the bathroom. Would not go back again.
