The AC in my room BARELY worked. I had a very hard time sleeping because it felt like I was outside. I was there for 3 nights, I may have gotten 10 hours of sleep total. They need to upgrade their AC units in the rooms. Overall, it’s a great place to stay for 2 nights, nothing more.

Sherry was a pleasure at the front desk. Made our stay experience extremely relaxing. Check in was a breeze, the pool staff were super polite and drinks came quickly! We decided we needed another day and Sherry made things happen. Great time, thank you Sirata.

When I arrived I requested the best upgraded room if available. The room was fine, a little dirty but fine. The ocean view was blocked by an giant roof that to me would not be considered “ocean view”, but we still let it go. We woke up both mornings at 6 am due to construction going on above us, and next to us - it was MISERABLE. Hotel overall with a little cleaning and updating would be fine, great bars and fun areas/activities…but sleep is a priority for me on vacation. It was absolutely obscene.
