Luxury beachfront condo in Sea Gate Condominium, Indian Shores has completely renovated from top to bottom. Located on the 4th floor, everything in the condo has been renovated: bathrooms, kitchen, tile, windows and sliders, A/C unit, ceiling, water heater... and of course all furniture and appliances are brand new! We supply everything that make your stay enjoyable, full kitchen utensils, wine cooler, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and beach toys!

Wake up to a stunning view of the gulf and soothing ocean sounds from the master bedroom…. and in the evening, catch a magnificent sunset from the private balcony overlooking the Gulf.

The Kitchen features new modern white cabinets, Marble counter top, stainless appliances, and a bar with wine & beer cooler. The open floor plan of Kitchen, dining room and living room provides a comfortable space for family or entertaining, it has all new ceiling fans and new floor Porcelain tiles throughout. The living room has a fabulous view of the gulf, a new 60-inch wall mounted TV and a modern leather Sofa…. The master bedroom includes a king size bed overlooking the gulf with a Fully Renovated master bath with walk-in shower, the second room has 2 queen beds that sleeps up to 4 persons, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a second completely renovated bathroom with bathtub. Additional amenities include: A flat screen TV in each room, an Interior Laundry room with new washer & dryer, Pack N Play for toddlers ...two assigned parking spaces ..... Internet and Cable are included.

Enjoy the heated pool overlooking the beach, and enjoy a sip of your drink as you watch the sun slowly sinking into the Gulf of Mexico.

The building facilities include: Heated Swimming pool, Elevator, covered parking, outdoor grill and picnic tables, Beach Volley Ball.
Note: we provide the following:
Towels & Linen for 8 persons
8 beach towels, 5 chairs, 4 beach mats, 2 beach umbrellas and lots of beach toys ( frisbee, balls, sand toys...) in addition to Pack N Play.

House Rules:

NO PETS ALLOWED (of any kind including service dogs)

NO SMOKING allowed inside the condo!

NO EVENTS allowed in the Condo! Only 8 persons are allowed inside the condo at all time!

NO SCHOOL/COLLEGE GROUPS – Minimum age to book is 25 years old!

Really amazing week. Super clean and updated property. Loved the location. We enjoyed the balcony most of all. It's the BEST view and has the best space and seating for everyone. The outdoor showers to wash off and the pool/ bathrooms are not working yet. We loved our stay.

Nice Condo
While our stay was cut short due to Hurricane Helene, we had a great time while we were there. The condo is nice, kitchen fully stocked, and everything was as described. Owners are great and stayed in contact with us as the hurricane developed. I would definitely rent from them again and hope to do so in the near future!

Beautiful condo! Beautiful view! We had a wonderful experience. The owners are very friendly and their communication was excellent! Plenty of rooms and space for our family! We didnt use the extras such as beach chairs and beach towels but i really liked how much extra they had to offer their guest! I liked how they seemed to have thought of the little things such as providing some laundry pods for a couple loads making packing and traveling home super easy! They provided more than 1 trashbag which was nice! Access to the condo was very smooth and easy. We enjoyed our stay so much and would absolutely rent again if visiting the area.

Beach Getaway!
We were very impressed with the property and our unit in particular. You can tell the owners really thought of everything you might need on a beach vacation. From cooking utensils to beach toys, beach towels and board games, this place had it all. Right on the water with nice restaurant options within 10 minutes in either direction. My family and I stayed at the Ocean View Condo at Seagate in July 2024. Everything was great! The condo was extremely clean and included all the items needed for a stress free stay - beach chairs, towels, umbrella, board games, etc. The condo is located on a beautiful, quiet street with walking and biking lanes and is walking distance to a very good seafood restaurant. The view from the balcony was priceless! The owners were helpful and just a phone call away if needed. They made us feel very welcome. We would definitely recommend this beautiful condo and hope we can return in the future!

Amazing Beach Condo
This was one of our best condos that we have ever stayed in. It was spacious and open, so many comforts were already available to make it feel like a home away from home. Everyone we met was so friendly and the condo grounds were beautifully kept. We loved the low key, laid back vibe and it was so family friendly. The beaches were beautiful and not crowded. This was a 10/10 in my book. The owners were wonderful and their son was helpful as well.

Perfect location & beautiful accommodations!
We had a great experience with the host during our stay at their lovely condo, right on the beach! The views from the main living area and the master bedroom were phenomenal!! The whole interior was tastefully decorated and the place was clean! Unfortunately, the weather was cooler than normal for this time of year, so we weren’t able to take advantage of the water and beach, but the hosts had plenty of stuff you could use, if the weather is nicer. The week we were there, there was heavy equipment going some work along the beach, but we were able to access the beach a few condos down; and they probably will be done and moved farther down/up the beach for the next guest’s arrival. Either way, weather and construction equipment are out of control of the hosts, of course. Even with our last-minute request to check in early, Hass was able to arrange it, and that was very helpful for our situation. We would highly recommend this place and would stay here again if we are in the area!!
