Neighbor next door screaming in the middle of the night and arguing with someone else in the room, saying bad words. Multiple ppl coming into the neighbors room shutting and throwing the door in the middle of the night. It didn’t seem safe. There is no control of whose coming into the rooms

Friendly staff, clean rooms & comfortable beds
Family stay. We had 2 big rooms. This hotel was quiet, rooms were clean & staff was friendly. Hot tub works & pool was clean. The free breakfast wasn't bad. We will stay here again.

One of the worst Springhill we have stayed very dirty and run down. Would not stay again or recommend.

My stay here was fine. The staff was great, but the hotel is a little worse for wear, unfortunately. I think overall it's a fine hotel, but not my first option for staying in the area.

Terrible smell!
The room smelled terrible. I was told upon check in (checking process ok) I got the last room so couldn’t switch. I think it might have really bad mold/mildew. I travel a lot and have never had a room this bad. Maybe it flooded during the recent hurricane. Not sure but room 103 has issues!
