Very nice old inn in the middle of St Petersburg. It was quiet at night. Beautiful old furniture and lovely carpeting and decor. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We would stay there again.

Great small hotel! It is definitely in the city - trash trucks in the early morning and a strange groaning mechanical noise throughout the day on the east side of the property. Friendly staff!

Super friendly and helpful staff. Nice quiet room--nothing fancy but very cozy and comfortable. Wanted to stay another night just to hang around for their happy hour again! Oh--and they have a parking lot right next to the front door, which is a big deal for this area.

Really enjoyed our recent two night stay here. Centrally located with easy parking next to the building. It is well positioned to be able to walk to downtown and waterfront to sample the local nightlife but far enough away to not be disturbed by any noise. The breakfast offering is also a nice touch. Would definitely stay again if we were back in the area.

I came for an 80th birthday celebration of a dear friend along with several other friends and family. My friend had stayed at the Inn last year and suggested I stay there. When I called the staff were cheerful, friendly, helpful, and professional and when I arrived, they were just like that! The place is so comfortable, cute, well decorated, room was so very comfortable and perfect size for me. I loved it!!! I will definitely return when I visit St. Pete. One of the best places close to downtown St. Pete. Keep up the great work! You are a gem and an asset to the community.

What an awesome location in the heart of St. Petersburg. You’re basically located right in between all of the cool things to do and there are two FREE transit trollies easy walking distance from the front door.   That front door will almost always be opening for you because the concierge Bryan (assuming the owner or one of the owners) rushes out when he sees you coming so that you don’t have to get your scan card out. He’s always open to conversation and has a good read on when to keep it short and pleasant. Same with the gentleman (we think Ed) that operates the evening shift. Super friendly guys that contributed to making our stay a memorable one, especially Bryan, who we had the opportunity to speak to throughout our stay, including our last day during breakfast and past breakfast lol. Tasty continental type of breakfast with some hot eats is provided every morning in the front seating area.   The rooms are all uniquely furnished in a nice old time meets modern amenity type of décor considering it’s an older building. A tad smaller than most hotel rooms but they were super comfortable and met our needs. We originally picked this place because of the Inn type of ambiance where everyone is respectful and the noise level is kept to a minimum regardless of what time of day or night it is. Plenty of parking located right beside the Inn. I’d definitely stay here again and easily recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We were well taken care of.
