Townhome on the water w/ Private Entrance - Minimal impact from Helene or Milton

The gulf coast of Florida had a tough hurricane season. Our area had flooding from Hurricane Helene but no damage from Hurrican Milton. We were on the island less than 24 hours after Helene hit and had the lower level (garage) remediated the same day. Everything has been professionally cleaned and restored. Clearwater beach is open as well as the majority of the restaurants and bars on the island. The city has done an amazing job of cleaning up debris on the streets. It is a work in progress, but the majority of the cleanup is behind us.

Relax and enjoy all that Clearwater has to offer with this beautiful completely remodeled family sized townhome overlooking Clearwater / Clearwater Beach Florida. The panoramic welcoming dock sits on the water- perfect for soaking in the sun, fishing, and catching occasional surprise glimpses of dolphins! Enjoy the sunrise from the private rooftop terrace or evenings relaxing overlooking the bay. Spend the day at the shared pool just outside the back door or take a 5 minute walk to Clearwater beach. The location is ideal with a less than 10 minute walk to the famous "Pier 60" as well as restaurants and shopping, while still offering a quiet more secluded spot away from the hustle and bustle of town. The open floor plan with 2700 sq feet offers a large combined family room, dining area and kitchen. The updated kitchen comes complete with granite counters and stainless steal appliances. The private master suite is situated on the top floor with a large dual head shower.

Our townhouse is ONLY booked in 7 day blocks, Saturday to Saturday. Check in time is 4PM Saturday, check out time is 10AM.

Enjoy breathtaking Clearwater / Clearwater Beach views and waterfront from your private rooftop and terrace including gas grill and patio setting for dining, entertaining, sunrises and sunsets or just relaxing. Or walk a few steps out your door and sit poolside sipping your cocktails/brews.

Great location but will not stay at this property again
The location is fantastic, but the townhouse needs some TLC and a new cleaning crew. When we arrived, the owner notified us that the elevator was out of service until Monday. The elevator company showed up Tuesday and we were told they have emergency service for weekends, but the owner did not want to pay premium. Also, the garage / basement had the trash overflowing in the garbage can from previous renter and I had to bag it and bring it to a local dumpster to dispose of it. The Futon bed in the family room was completely broken and unusable and had to place mattress on the floor. Since the elevator was broken for 4 days, we did not use the roof top deck until the fifth day when I thought we would use the grill. unfortunately, the propane grill was unusable because it was never cleaned from previous renters and left 3 empty tanks along with their mess. The owner offered to have propane delivered but declined because i was not going to clean the grill from previous renters. I have rented other units on the same block for the past 10 years and will continue, but unfortunately some owners rely on their cleaning crew to update them on the condition of the unit and when you have a cleaning crew that could leave an overflowing garbage can with over a week of trash was totally unacceptable. I will stay at more updated units down the block for next visit. I am very surprised with all the great reviews that I am the only one that experienced this.

Perfect spot for a family beach getaway
We loved our stay in Clearwater beach! The location was great- walking distance to to beach and pier, but on a quiet street. The house was also much larger than it seemed in the pictures, so everyone had plenty of room!

Beautiful Place
At first I was very unsure of not staying right on the beach. However, this place was amazing. The view was still beautiful, and it was a nice quiet escape from the hustle and bustle. The place itself was very comfy and welcoming. It had everything we needed to make it feel like home. The owners were also very responsive and kind. I would highly recommend this place!

My kids first experience in Florida couldn’t have gone better! There was more than enough room for us, a pool and great walking distance to everything! The place is well taken care of. We were worried about the AC having to be set no lower than 72 but it stayed cold throughout the house! Would recommend this place to anyone regardless the age range!

Great Location, beautiful house!
House was just as described. Location was great, easy to walk to everything. Rooftop was great. We would definitely stay here again. Only suggestion would be to have cleaners be a little more thorough. We did find several items that were left by previous guest, Childs swimsuit in dresser, sippy cup behind nightstand, mac and cheese packets under bed, a few receipts from before we arrived. Other than that the house and stay was great. Even with the items that we found, we would still recommend this home to others.

Our group loved this place!! From the elevator, to help with luggage, to the amazing view and comfortable beds, we’d stay here again for sure. We saw dolphins and even a jellyfish swimming from the house! It was just a quick walk to the beach and a Surf Style Mega store. 😎

Third year visiting!
This was our family's third year visiting this townhouse and we could not enjoy it more! With six adults and three young children, we all have plenty of room to sleep comfortably and have our own space. Plenty of little amenities included - beach and pool gear, grill, kitchen stuff, games, etc. - all help make this feel like home every time we arrive. Our favorite part about the house is the location - we can walk anywhere we want to go while also having quiet, peaceful time on the deck! The weather wasn't the best the week we were there, but the pool was heated and we were able to swim despite it only being ~65-70 degrees outside!
