First, the building, the pool, in the room were very nice. Very modern feel. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Where the experience was extremely negative was the whole communication process. I have stayed with many verbo rentals before and you always receive check-in information either the day before or the day of. I received nothing. So I pulled up to the building which is more of a condo rather than hotel. There are three valet parking spots and no other parking. I had no idea of that ahead of time. Because there were no instructions. Went to the desk where I found two very unhelpful. Gentlemen. They said valet was full but they gave me a list of walking distance paid parking. So everyday I had to not only pay in different lots and walk well over a block away to get to the place, but the closest paid parking stopped at 4:00 a.m. So I had to set my alarm at 4:00 a.m. a.m. to repay an additional couple hours. Again. There were no check out instructions for what to do with anything or how you go about that. I just left the desk know. Hopefully that was all that happened. But I was definitely extremely unhappy with the parking. It was not made clear in the listing and if it had been I probably would have selected other accommodations.
