We had a great time here. The pool and hot tub were great, staff was friendly. Check in and out was very easy. Some stains on the sheets/pillowcases but otherwise was very clean.

Great hotel, its under renovation right now due to the hurricanes. Our stay overall was great, but due to the renovations, it gets very lout outside at about 6 am. I get they have to do what they have to do, and am in no way complaining. We fully enjoyed our stay. The staff was hospitable and kind. Clean hotel with daily towel service.

We stayed here for only one night, but the property was under construction due to previous hurricane, so there was areas that were off limits or somewhat dirty due to the work, but that is to be expected with renovations. The staff were great and prompt when we asked for extra blankets and our room was clean with every thing working as it should! We would definitely stay here again, good price for the quailty.

Enjoyed my stay. Sucked that the pool opened right when we were leaving. Definitely can tell it’s an older building. Staff was very friendly and it was convenient that a restaurant as well as store was right across the street. I’m sure in warmer weather it’s even better. Didn’t really understand charging for beach chairs when no one was there, but it was cold so we didn’t use them anyways.

The beach is some of the best in Clearwater. Nice heated pool. Great pool towels, overall excellent value. Some neighboring hotels have music at night, that can be heard a bit little indoors.

Wonderful stay on a mom and 4 year old daughter beach trip. Everything was easy, the pool and beach areas were delightful, and good food options within walking distance. Also walkable to the nicer and broader expanse of the beach further north, though the smaller beach in front of the property is calm and perfect for kids.

This place is awesome. We came in for New years Eve Fireworks, (Highly recommended), and knew there were hurricane damages as we live 40 miles north of here. This place way exceeded my expectations. Everything was great, construction WAS NOT AN ISSUE, I watched the sunset from room 405 and the NYE Fireworks directly in front of the Hotel. We will be back next year and many more after that!!

We had an over all good stay. Staff were very nice and helpful. They only have house keepers every other day and we had to ask twice to get our floor cleaned but in never happened for the 5 nights we were there. The hard tile floor was very dirty. Our feet and socks were black. Besides that everything else was clean and comfortable.

I must say this is probably the worst hotel I stay in last 20 years. This is certainly worse than Motel 6 or Super 8. I am eager to know on that basis 4* rating has been awarded for this property. It asked for extra parking charge. In total I paid nearly $250 for one night stay without breakfast. It's a simple money extortion, exploiting holiday rush. I squarely blame Expedia for promoting this property with such exorbotant rates. This hotel lacks basic facility, room is extremely small, furnitures are of poor quality, cramped elevator. I never seen such a small sized bathroom in the US. If there is an option I would rather rate this property in negative number. I am extremely disappointed and disgusted. It really spoiled our family stay in clearwater beach.
