This has the potential to be a very nice vacation spot. They do need better access to get luggage to the room. Front desk staff could be more friendly and polite. The rooms need to be cleaned better we had to reclean it. Hair was all over the bathrooms and dirt was on the floor. Step was even we kept tripping due to no signage and the uneven surfaces. Love the view and the decorum.

The resort was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Most of the times there were taxis on site to take you anywhere on the island that you want to go. Restaurant/bar staff were very friendly and treated you very well. Very quiet and peaceful getaway!

Bluebeard's is an absolutely lovely get away in St. Thomas! Clean and spacious suite, pool and hot tub overlooking the town and the bay - picturesque to say the least!

Booking at this property is misleading. There are multiple villas on the property. All the pictures they have when booking show a waterfront view. But the room we were given faced the city and not even a nice view of the city. Booking on this property is very misleading. And the staff or Expedia was not understanding or helpful.

You have to take a taxi every time you leave and another to get back. And they are very expensive. It cost me $8 to go less than a half a mile.

Very quiet. Good AC system. Lots of stairs. Good view overlooking harbor. Nice room with small fridge, stovetop and microwave. No beach and no beach chairs/gear in room. (Buy a beach chair at cost-you-less) Great bar staff, pool and jacuzzi. Car rental a must.

Servers customer service, or lack of could improve. Sat at a table for 30 minutes with no acknowledgement, not even a menu to browse. The hotel its self is great, the pirates store/castle tour is immaculate and the guy who runs it is so informing.
