I will start by saying, this was our first time, my friends and are were excited and looking forward to our stay. The previous reviews gave this place a 8.6 star review, LIES, at best it’s a 5/10. The views are AMAZING, I will not deny that, beyond that I would NOT recommend staying here, on 3 occasions we were left standing in the middle of a shower with NO water. We called to have this addressed and were told they have a small water tank and the owners have been aware of the issue for years but have not resolved it. We ended up getting a partial refund and booked a different hotel for the remainder of our stay. The coffee cafe was 10/10, didn’t make up for our poor hotel experience but highly recommend the cafe- try the peanut butter and banana toast!!!

Nice property with a lot of cats hanging out. Service was friendly and with a smile . Resturant was nice with great food. Great value for the price will return. Rooms were very clean . Bathroom sink had very low water pressure.

I loved the ocean view and country scenery, I also think I was at a good location I could get almost anywhere in a short period of time. Again the pool being open all night is chefs kiss that is so rare.

The property has a wonderful view of the ocean and the rooms are beautifully appointed and clean. The bar/restaurant on premises had great food. And having a place to grab breakfast was also convenient.

This is a nice property, a little outdated. Very clean and smells amazing inside; not so much outside due to all of the cats and their feces smell. Properly Staff were very friendly! Food was good, but a little too pricey for what you get taste wise. Property Staff were accommodating, as my flight arrived super early and they allowed me to check in at noon instead of 4p. If you have cat allergies, this property isn't for you because they are everywhere. There is a nice view to eat by the restraunt on the patio, but the cats come to the table begging.

Overall the stay was good. My one issue is that the water cuts off throughout the day. You may be taking a shower and water cuts off. It usually return within a few minutes, but there were a few instances that the water was gone for about 15 to 20 minutes.

The room was as clean and well-kept as the images, and the view was spectacular; however, the exterior smelled like cat pee, and more could be done to maintain the outside. The staff was friendly, particularly the receptionists. The café was excellent, and the restaurant's food was fantastic,the host was nice and helpful. We had no housekeeping for our entire state.

I plan to stay here next time I visit St. Thomas. I loved the coffee shop where the staff is friendly. They made delicious coffees and teas along with breakfast sandwiches and baked goods. The grounds are beautifully filled with tropical plants - that was my favorite part. They have cute kittens lounging and prancing around. They are hard to resist to give a pat or pet as they walk by the pool or other outdoor areas. ALL The staff is great and friendly. The maintenance, housekeeping and receptionists talk to you like old friends. It feels like my tropical villa home away from home. I can’t wait to visit there AGAIN soon.
