Upon ARRIVAL we were told the Bar/Restaurant is CLOSED and would have to walk or PAY a taxi to go to another location to Dine for EVERY MEAL for our entire 4 day stay. Had to move to another room due to leaking toilet, with sewer and rusty water running in plumbing lines and half of the electrical outlets not working, into a room with the shower handle missing and told to just use my hands to turn the water on and off!! The Fitness Room had 3 pieces of equipment with 1 out of order. Could not enjoy the OCEAN VIEW from the balcony due to how the A/C exhaust fan was mounted and blowing hot air directly on you! The room furniture is antiquated!. Needless to say I should have received a rate deduction simply for our inconvenience and lack of ADVERTISED amenities. I definitely would not recommend or stay at this RESORT in the future!

I enjoyed my stay I would recommend the property the staff was amazing. The hotel was dated in some areas but it is still a great vibe.The views were amazing ,stay on the 2nd floor and watch the sun rise and set.

I've stayed here about 5 times with no issues but on my last trip, it was a disaster. We stayed in 4 different rooms due to room and equipment issues. To top it off, passengers from a cancelled flight had vouchers to stay and some were given villas. Overall, this 1 bad experience over 5 great stays. The location is amazing as its across the street from the airport so DONT WASTE MONEY ON A CAB! It's walking distance to the amazing beautiful beach and lots to do. I'll go back but not anytime soon as I plan on going to other islands in the area. P.S, the staff and especially the manager are AMAZING.

Not all of the photos provided are of the actual hotel. They’re of the sister hotel, Emerald Bay Resort. The first red flag was the main buildings door being broken and you have to open it manually (its an automatic door just broken). The pool is cloudy, the ac unit is directly on your balcony so hot air is consistently blowing at your so it is unenjoyable, the door to go outside on the balcony has a sticky substance on it that is impossible to get off your hands, there was yellow water in the toilet, the cleaning staff does not come daily, the only food option at the hotel went from serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner to only serving dinner, the water pressure is non existent, the vending machines were empty, everything that could go wrong at a hotel went wrong here. Do not waste your money. I did NOT get what I paid for whatsoever at Lindbergh Bay Hotel and Villas. Please stay somewhere else as the island is a beautiful place, but this hotel is a joke.

The property could use some renovations overall, carpets leading up the stairs pretty stained and torn up. Room could have been cleaner, bathroom shower was nice, cracked glass noted to closet mirror. Pool was warm and loved it was in front of the ocean. Front desk staff super friendly and accommodating when it came to checking in and arranging taxi rides. Front desk staff deserves 5 stars however the restaurant bartender/server deserves not 1 star. She was not welcoming nor attentive once food arrived. She had maybe 2-3 customers at the bar and our party of 2 were the only ones in dining area, so being busy was not an excuse. The stray cats were super annoying prowling around the table begging for food. We only stayed 1 night due to needing a quick stay to fly out of airport, would never stay here again.
