Welcome to our recently fully renovated condo. The condo has brand new European Kitchen Cabinets, New Bathroom and brand new Brazilian Floor Tiles.
Imagine the soft sound of the Caribbean sea, and its warm breeze caressing your face, lying on the sandy beach looking out on to the sapphire waters, you are in paradise! Take a swim in the sea, or at the pool, just steps from your condo. Go sight seeing, snorkeling, or water skiing, or just lie on the our beautiful beach.
Sapphire Beach is one of the most relaxing beaches in the Caribbean. From the condo, you have a breathtaking view of the waters and the beach. Inside, you have all the comforts of a one bedroom apartment. The sleeping area can be enclosed by wooden partitions, leading into a comfortable living area with a full sized kitchen.
The resort houses two bars and two restaurants for your convenience. A quick drive to nearby Red Hook links you to ferries to the British Virgin Islands and St. John.

Great Location and View
Wonderful property and host. Excellent location with restaurants, stores and activities in close proximity. This unit is centrally located within the resort, in between the pool and the beach. It's on the 2nd floor, but easy to access with very few stairs. Highly recommend!

The condo was just great for my husband and me. It had everything we needed. The best part was the porch…it was so relaxing to sit there and look at the beautiful view. The host was very accommodating… checking in with us to make sure we didn’t need anything. He also gave us suggestions for restaurants and shopping. A perfect vacation!

Michael and Adele answered our questions and solved the few problems we had immediately. The view from the balcony couldn’t have been more beautiful. With the marina next door it was easy to hookup with a snorkeling trip.

34th wedding anniversary with million dollar view!
We’re totally blown away by this beautiful property. From day one our host Michael was super fast replying to questions we had about property and he even called me to answer every question. After we arrived he sent us a restaurant guide and checked in on us every day to see if we needed anything. The photos don’t do this well kept resort justice! The view is second to none we’ve seen. Big palms everywhere in view. Room was updated with nice appliances, comfortable bed, everything was in working order. Nice clean bathroom with double sinks, always hot water, clean stone shower with bench. The floor to ceiling glass sliding doors leading to the patio let’s you take in this million dollar view. The patio has nice table with chairs for morning coffee and listening to the waves hit the beach. We felt safe at the resort as they were well staffed with security around. It’s obvious Michael takes care of his guests and takes excellent care of this very nice place. The beach only steps, snorkeling is great as we saw stingrays, an abundance of fish and nice healthy reef. 2 beach chairs to use are included! Even beach towels were there. We’ve traveled all over the world and THIS host is on top of things and we’ll definitely be coming back to stay here. If your on the fence about where to stay in St Thomas, you’ve found it here. We give this property and host a 10/10. Worth every Penny.

The place was just like the photos. The view was amazing. The location was close to Red Hook, Magen’s Bay & Cokie Beach. The condo was and Michael was very responsive. The bed was very comfortable and we slept very well every night.

We booked this for our honeymoon escape and it was magical. I was under the impression it was a separate building from the rest for privacy that led straight to the beach from our porch, however it was not but other than that, it was just what we wanted!

My husband and I were there for a week in May. This is our second time to stay at Sapphire Beach. We love the location, close to restaurants, shopping, harbor and groceries. The beach is gorgeous, and the accommodations were great. We would choose this location again.

Beautiful Condo and Beach
We had a great time in this condo. It was the perfect size for the two of us. The balcony overlooked the beautiful Caribbean and the white sand beachy area. Pool area was still in need of repair but that didn't stop us from enjoying the multiple levels and again that amazing view. An amazing stay.

Wow. What a great time
The location was wonderful. On the beach. Beautiful sight to wake up to in the morning. The property was perfect for the VI. We did not rent a car (wise choice on our part). Cabs are always available. 5 minutes to Red Hook - groceries, rum, beach shops, ferry to St John. The property has a great beach bar, great pizza restaurant and a magnificent island classy (and expensive but worth it) restaurant. The property owners were really good about responding to questions. I would absolutely recommend.

Wonderful winter getaway
this was exactly as we wanted. Michael was helpful and very responsive. The view and ocean waves was so relaxing. Convenient location, away from most cruise traffic, easy access to Red Hook and the ferry to St John. Sailing adventures within walking distance at the marina there are so convenient.

Lovely unit in the Beautiful Sapphire Beach
Great second floor unit in C building with a wonderful expanded ocean view. The pool and beach were beautiful. Although this was our 4th trip to Sapphire Beach, we have not been here in 7 years. The new (for us) beach bar was fun and served great drinks and food. We also enjoyed 2 great dinners in nearby Red Hook. However, our favorite was having dinner on our deck, while enjoying the amazing view from the pub table. We took a great snorkeling trip which conveniently left from nearby Sapphire Beach Marina. However, the snorkeling right in front of the unit was also very good. On arrival, there were a few less than ideal issues that we shared with the owner. To his credit, he was very responsive and all issues were fixed as soon as possible. We would definitely stay here again.

A Dose of Sunshine
My stay in C204 was way too short (4 days) and a great place to get some sun and catch up on work. The furnishings in side were quite comfortable, all appliances, electrical and lighting worked well and access to the unit worked like a charm. The owner was easy to communicate with and with his information my trip was very enjoyable.

The view is BEAUTIFUL and you walk right out to the beach! The pool is really nice too with a beautiful water view. The host Michael was very responsive whenever we needed anything and this place was nice and clean. I would definitely stay here again :)

Great stay in St Thomas
The listing is just as pictured. Wonderful view of the water in building C on the second floor. It was close to the pool and close to the beach bar. The out door furniture is a table with 4 chairs and 2 loungers. The bed was a king and comfortable. We never cooked but it does have a small two range electric stove and sink with a normal sized fridge. We had a few minor issues but the owner responded right away and took care of it between 3-7 pm the same day that we checked in. Over all was a wonderful stay and would stay again. Loungers are also put out for free if you are staying in the complex. Wonderful drinks at the beach bar, heard the pizza place opened on the beach but never tried it. Did try Sudi’s and the drinks were wonderful as was the tacos and chicken quesadilla, Short 5 min walk or 2 min drive up the hill.

Resort Needs Some Maintenance
Overall we had a pleasant stay. The resort is run down is in need of some TLC and updating. The view is beautiful. The resort is quiet and the beach is very nice. The pool area is need of attention. There are no restrooms or bar/restaurant near the pool. There appears to have been a restaurant at one time but it is dilapidated. We did not receive check in instructions until we arrived but the owner was very responsive.

This Estate Bay studio was perfectly located on Sapphire beach. It is close to town, other resorts and beaches. Plenty of room on beach, wonderful snorkeling right off property. Easy & affordable taxi service. Condo itself was dated- the couch very worn and sunken in middle making this seat unusable. Kitchen not stocked, adequate dishware but difficult to cook meals. Bed was very nice. Description says you can walk to town. You cannot as the road is narrow, curvy, no real shoulder & cars go fast. Taxi office on site and very affordable. People recommended Moes' Fresh Market in town- don't do it-crowded, selection limited and incredibly expensive. Go to the Food Center just down the road. Our host, Micheal was very responsive and helpful. The staff at beach also very nice. Would go back due to location & host but really need to get new living room furniture!
